Van Jones, Glenn Beck, Arianna Huffington, And Jimmy Carter Too!

MINCHIA!  Arianna Huffington sure has a thing for Van Jones! Look out Van! BTW: Is anything that Glenn Beck said about Van Jones true? And those audio tapes, containing Van Jones' statements--the ones that Glenn Beck has been playing recently  . . . are they real? I don't know much at all about Van Jones and I haven't been paying much attention to the hoopla.  But if it's true and the tapes are real, then there's no doubt that the presence of Van Jones, in the Obama administration, would be a major hindrance to President Obama's re-election prospects in 2012.

In my independently minded opinion, Van Jones' resignation (whether it was at President Obama's behest or of Van's own choosing) is the only rational political move that the Obama administration could have made if it wants to maintain a Democrat majority in the House and Senate--and if President Obama, himself, wants to get re-elected. I say this because the American voter base (and this includes Democrats more and more every day) is not quite ready to put its faith and confidence in ideologues such as Van Jones that ( if Beck's statements are true and the tapes are real), apparently have a problem with white people messing up the environment.

If Van Jones and members of the Obama administration say stuff like that (about white people messing up the environment) on the record,  out in public, and with no reservation, then American voters have cause for concern, because, in the back of their voter minds, they can't help but wonder what's being said behind the closed doors of  the Obama administration. And along those lines, American voters can't help but wonder if President Obama is in full (or partial) agreement  with guys like Van Jones.

I like President Obama.  However,  I'm sorry to say that, thus far, he's making Jimmy Carter look like a political genius. And we all know the trouncing that good ole Jimmy took and how far the American political pendulum swung to the right after that election.

Adrianna was a knee-jerk conservative who opted out and gets her mojo working with all the "luv" from the left as her "narcissistic supply" now that she is a liberal.

She reminds me of the little girl on the see-saw with the monster in "Son of Frankenstein" by Mel Brooks, one of the best comedies of all time.

One of these days the monster will really sit down and she will fly the hell out of her "position".

Roy: Yeah! I get the impression that The Huff  has come down with a serious case of infatuation. MINCHIA!

Thanks ACP! I don't think that American voters are quite ready for dramatic "changes" yet. Whether or not the "changes" are good or bad, it typically takes Americans years to figure out whats good and whats bad. But in the present political environment, lines seem to have been drawn much faster than usual. I think that President Obama has some good ideas, but he has a lousy sales team and apparently many Americans think that some members of his sales team are way out in left field with a hockey stick.

You have me here, Rory.

You replied on another post and then utilised that as an Op-Ed?

Hey, both posts are identical and are yours to do with as you wish - I am just a bit confused as to why you wouldn't have made this a follow up rather than a linked to copy.

Blogging processes are not necessarily journalism processes. Blogging allows for a greater stream of conscientiousness than a pure news web portal.

Be thankful that your post may have triggered an original piece of critical thought and opinion that has added to the greater good of "Crowd Powered Media"!

Cynic: I did that once before but no one said anything about it. No harm intended. Your points well taken. Thanks.

This Czar will not be the first communist system loving Czar appointed by Barack Obama with the help of Valerie Jarrett to leave under a cloud of embarrassment.

Look into the background and statements made by ... Mark Lloyd, for instance.

Oh  Beezlebub! The Czar they are voting on today is just another thug from Chicago with worse history than Mr Van boy.another Chicago  Friend?    Cass Sunstein

Congress is back, and one of the Senate's first orders of business is to vote on one of President Obama's appointed "Czars" to be the next head of the Office of Information ofRegulatory Affairs (OIRA) within the White House Office of Management and Budget.  President Obama has nominated his "Regulatory Czar," Cass Sunstein,  to this powerful position within the Executive Branch.

Since 1990 Cass Sunstein has written 35 books which advocate changes to US law in the following issue areas:

Expanding radical animal rights, specifically granting the right to legally sue to animals and banning hunting.

Rationing medical care for the elderly as a major component of health care reform legislation.

Increasing gun control legislation because he views "almost all gun control legislation as constitutionally fine."

Advocating federal law to provide for 'presumed consent' rather than 'explicit consent' for human organ donation to science after death.

Censoring freedom of speech, particularly on the internet to crack down on "falsehoods" and "rumors."

Of course, these are just the t of the iceberg!  Cass Sunstein is yet another radically left-wing Obama "Czar" who will be in a powerful position to make decisions about how Obama's loosely-defined health care policies are "regulated" from within the White House
