British Columbia's Red Scorpions, the lower mainlands scourge, a blight on the Vietnamese community,  show no mercy, they would as  sooner execute their own mother  if they thought it would advance their cause as  a Criminal Organization.

RCMP, I am confident will rid them and other Criminal Gangs from the face of British Columbia, and I hope with extreme prejudice.

Our Police forces need federal help, (Money) and laws enacted to allow them to act swiftly and without delay, as it seems provincial help and a ineffective Justice system is a long time in coming.

Citizens numbed by daily crime sprees, need to be assured our Police forces get the Political backing they deserve, so they are allowed to do everything in their power to rid us of this Criminal Cancer, which seems to be Gangs on every corner, and new ones being born almost daily.

Money and public support is the key, with Laws enforced, complimented by Serious Time for Serious Crime.

For if Police receive no backing from our Justice system, criminals will continue to snub their noses at us, knowing if British Columbia's Justice system doesn't take Criminal organizations seriously, why should criminals take our Laws seriously?

The Red Scorpions - the gang believed responsible for the slaughter of six people in a Surrey highrise last October - is less than a decade old.

It was formed in the 2000 by several young Lower Mainland gangsters while they were incarcerated together in a youth detention facility. From there, the Scorpions continued to grow, with splinter groups from other gangs joining them.

Two years ago, the RCMP announced that several Red Scorpions had been arrested and charged with cocaine trafficking after an 18-month investigation dubbed Project E-Poison. Police noted the unique "RS" tattoo that 18 gang members had on their wrists, neck or shoulders.

Below is a list of Criminal Organizations operating freely in the lower mainland of British Columbia, earning us the distinction as a Vancouver " World Criminal Superpower". An Honour I place squarely without hesitation on our Provincial Politicians and a incompetent Justice system who for decades allowed these criminal organizations to fester, with our Justice systems ongoing Catch and Release Programs for  Criminals.

1. 14K Triad
2. 18th Street
3. Big Circle Boys
4. Born To Kill

5. Brown Side Thugz - Indo Canadian gang in the Surrey, BC area.
According to user sources, significant members have operated in the
drug trade, sex trade, gun smugling, kidnapping, and murder .
6.
Daku Killaz - according to user sources, a violent Indo-Canadian gang
located in East Vancouver, with close ties to the Independent Soldiers.
The gang has allegedly been involved in kidnapping Indo Canadian
business-men, home invasions, murder, and cross border human
trafficking.
7. Dark Cloud Bloods
8. Death do us Part (DDP)
9. Dosanjh Brothers - According to users, the Dosanjh Brothers were the first Indo Canadian gang in

Vancouver. Brothers Ron and Jimmy Dosanjh were killed in separate hits
in 1994 and 1995 in a drug turf war by former associate-turned-rival
Bindy Johal. Bindy Johal then took over the gang in the mid 1990s until
he was murdered in a Vancover night club on in Dec 20, 1998. The deaths
of such members, often revered for the respect they attracted, continue
to influence young Indo Canadian gangsters. (for more information on
Indo-Canadian gangs, see this Vancouver Sun article)
10. Eastside Disciples Crips (connected to 1960s-era Eastside Disciples?)
11. The Elite (Richmond, B.C based Indo-Canadian hit squad)

28. Red Eagles (as of 1989)
29. Red Scorpions - users report that the Red Scorpions were originaly formed in the Young Offenders

facility in 2000 and from there continued to grow. They are
muli-cultured, as race is secondary to loyalty and respect. They have
allegedly been involved in a variety of serious crimes, and a range of
international ties. However, users say they are small in numbers (20),
and most are in prison.
30. Sunset Boyz - East Indian gang from Southeast Vancouver
31. Sur 13

car theft, home invasions and kidnappings, according to user sources.
33. TJ Thandi
34. U.N Gang (Abbotsford, B.C based gang. U.N stands for United Nations because of
the gangs multiracial make-up; Indo-Canadians, Asians, Persians, Whites)

35. Viet Ching (also heavily reported on the US west coast, especially
Los Angeles. According to a 1999 article by Agence-Presse France, "The
two largest gangs in the United States are the Los Angeles branch of
the Viet-Ching and the Born To Kill gang of New York city, also
affiliated to the Viet-Ching." According to other reports, Vietnamese
gangs such as Viet Ching have typically leaned more towards organized,
high-tech and business crime, including extortion and human trafficking)
36. West Coast Players WCP (Black gang of pimps and drug dealers)
37. WCPM - West Coast Punjabi Mafia, Indo-Canadian crime organization with ties in California

Your welcome Nuke, this is just the tip of the iceberg, we seem to be fighting a losing battle both in the Criminal and Justice system who seem Symbiotic, actually more Parasitic, in their relationship to stay in business.
