29-year-old Vardan Aslanyan was arrested after leading cops on a high-speed chase. Judging from the video below, drugs and/or alcohol were likely involved. As he was getting cuffed, Vardan Aslanyan told Fox 11's Ed Laskos that he had "swag".

Vardan Aslanyan is accused of leading cops on an hour-long chase through the San Fernando Valley after blowing a stop sign in his Mercedes. The June 15, 2012 chase left several people injured, including a three-year-old boy.

Aslanyan thought it very important for all of us at home to know about his swag, so he said it twice. When asked if he was on drugs, Vardan Aslanyan asked, "What is drugs?"

What, indeed?

Aslanyan, who is charged with DUI, told a CBS reporter, "I would never ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever disrespect law enforcement when they were chasing me. I would never run. Running isn’t a good thing."

Yet, here we are.
