This image was taken at the very first Inaugural Neighborhood Ball (2009). The onlookers were all going wild, you could barely hear what he was saying, due to the happy roar of the crowd. From the star-studded performances to watching the 44th President and Vice President dance with the First ladies made for an unforgettable night.
