If you ask me the law seems insane with this verdict of NCR.So i guess this killer and I say KILLER, will be allowed another chance to live a normal life-LUDICROUS-and if he kills again then what maybe give him another chance because he has experience killing-what about poor Tim,he has no other chance-nothing, not even being given the right for his grieving family to see some kind of justice.This ruling is absurd and I think the judge should be sent to the hospital bed beside this killer and see if he sleeps soundly.Also I would like to give Tims family my deepest sympathy and beleive like they do that this NCR law is terribly flawed.

I agree with the above comment posted by Randy C, wherein he opined that the verdict rendered against Vincint Li was "LUDICROUS"! This is why I have drafted a petition in support of harsher sentences against those who are found "not guilty by reason of insanity" If anyone living in Calgary, Alberta wishes to sign this petition, please attend tmopkins Park (Corner of 17th Avenue & 8 Street S.W.) on Saturday, MArch 14, 2009 between the hours of noon to 1:00 pm to sign my petition. My goal is to obtain 200 signatures before forwarding the petition to our MP in Ottawa, John Blair and the Attorney General of Canada, the Honourable Rob Nicholson.
