Video Compares Flat, National Sales Tax

On the heels of the tragedy that takes place ever year in the form of tax deadline day, I was pleased to come across a video in which Dan Mitchell of the Center for Freedom and Prosperity Foundation explains how the current tax system is deeply flawed.  With only a few caveats, he argues that either the flat tax or the national sales tax — sometimes known as the “Fair Tax” — would be a substantial improvement over the current internal revenue code.  Take a look at the video here and, if you think it makes sense, pass it on.
