Vietnam is listed among the 30 largest exporters to the US, according to 2007 statistics released by the US International Trade Commission (USITC).
The country has been among the top five in terms of garment and textile exports to the US, estimated at US$4.29 billion for three consecutive years.
The Ministry of Industry and Trade (MoIT) has forecast that Vietnam’s garment and textile exports to the US will reach US$5.4 billion in 2008 to rank second only to China.
Despite facing the US monitoring mechanism and lacking seaports, Vietnam has steadily increased its export turnover by nearly 30 percent year on year, achieving the highest growth rate compared with other East Asian economies having large exports to the same market.

Thanks for this post, but can you refrain from linking to Vietnamese tour operator sites? Linking to commercial websites is spam-activity and continuing to do so may result in revocation of membership.

Dear Cynthia, the gap between spam and good member is so delicated as I am trying my best to get promoted at Nowpublic by posting hot and good news covering the place where I am living in. Sure, I have just not linked to a single or particular site, I just link to what I think it fits the content as well as users' experience as I have no affiliation with any of them. Anyway, I really appreciate your help so far.

Hi there, thank you for your response. But there is a big gap between spam and being a good member. I see from your profile that that majority of your sources are indeed Vietnamese tourist operator sites. I can't confirm whether you have an affiliation with them, but linking to commercial sites is a sign of spamming so please refrain from doing so. Thank you for your attention.

Cynthia,
If linking to commercial sites regardless of its useful content is always considered as spam, then I will hardly find a website in this world that matches the criteria as most of them are money making machines from ads, content to product selling.
well, but for sure, I will take more care on what and how to link as I am trying my best to get promoted. I appreciate your time.

Dear Clan,
Your recent post promoting summer travel luxury tours in Vietnam is a clear example of the type of spamming we try to discourage on our site.

I hope this is clear. Thank you for your attention.

Dear Cynthia
I wish I owned all commercial websites that I link to, then I would be a rich man..and I would be somewhere else rather than staying here and debating on this spam topic and..that is why I just want to mention that linking to a site (commercial or non-commercial) wihout commercial purpose should not be always considered a spam, it should be
based on certain context.
Anyway, I want to end up this talk by thanking you for everything.
With regards,
Clan
