Vigil in London for Zimbabwe

According to SW Radio Africa, there was going to be a vigil in front of the Zimbabwean Embassy in London, England, Great Britain on the 19th of April 2008 from 2:00PM to 6:00PM London Time. The purpose of the protest is to repudiate the recounting of votes in Zimbabwe. The Vigil is also launching a petition for EU Countries to suspend aid and help to SADC Member Countries and replacing it with aid to the poor of Zimbabwe. Zimbawean Stars living in the UK such as Thomas Mapfumo, Willard Karanga, and Lucky Moyo will be present in this vigil. I hope that something comes out of this vigil but only timw will tell. The important thing is that there is publicity about the situation in Zimbabwe. Even the South African Communist Party [who supported ZANU-PF in the past] has condemned the Mugabe Government.
