That's the kind of stuff TV and movies are made for. It had to have happened someplace - sometime. But I don't think it's as widespread as you think. There are too many eyes watching everything that goes on and lines of people just waiting for a reason to sue for anything. I think we have more of a whistle blower stance now days.

I wish that it were true.  Your attitude reflects a common belief that "it can't happen here."  It can, and it is.  Please read those web sites I referenced.  You will see how these reports are routinely dismissed as fanciful and the complainants as delusional.  You will also find hundreds of web sites with thousands of personal testimonials.  I did this posting because I've been a "semi" public figure; I'm putting it all on the line here, because it's reality.  By the way, the Fox News Philadelphia affiliate reported last night that a New Jersey municipal worker was caught driving to and from work in a truck purchased with federal Homeland Security money.  He's the chief of buildings, not directly involved in public safety.  He said the truck was sometimes used for "undercover" work.  The story focused on possible misuse of public funds; but it raises the question:  How is that federal DHS money being spent locally, what are the vehicles being used for, and are people whose day jobs don't involve public safety driving them, and to what end?  I simply raise the question.

I came to this sight through a posting on the Drudge Report.

I thought I'd check it out because the concept sounded like a good idea.

I read all forms of business, social and political news-

mostly from CNN, BBC, The Economist, WSJ, Financial Times and Yahoo/Google links.

I can tell you that after one cruise through this sight- it will be my last.

This ranting and whining can not pass for news. The above article, if it can be called such,

needs substance, an editor and a stablizing force on the paranoid mind that wrote it. Meds?

Personal attacks are hallmarks of disinformation campaigns.  Thank you for being transparent.  Is that really the best you can do?  And since you mention it, I think the design of this site is attractive, intuitive and effective; why else would you find it necessary to post here?   Have a nice day.

I made the mistake of checking out citizensoulpower.com and watching part of the film "Zeitgeist" on that site.  It reinforces my initial impression that Mr. Livingston is one sick puppy.  The film is a psychedelic excursion into 21st Century Nihilism the aim of which is clearly to reduce religion--chiefly, Christianity-- to an absurdity.

Livingston's moans remind me of an old song which included the lyrics, "They're coming to take me away!/ Ho ho, he hee, ha ha/To the happy farm/Where everything is beautiful/All the time..."

Next, the black helicopters will swoop down and snatch god, god-fearing citizens right off the street to be whisked away to some gulag for eternity. Such a contradiction from left-wing conspiracy theorists. Good god people...the same government who can't keep classified information from ending up in the NY Slimes  is capable of pulling off 9/11 and gang-stalking. This doesn't even pass the sniff test...

This is happening EVERYWHERE!  I am aware of at least 8 people affected by this in the Florida panhandle.  I am sure there are many more I do not know.  This has become a very big problem and seems to be getting worse.  I believe they are going to get so big that it is going to destroy their cover and they will have to stop.  I hope that's what is going to happen anyway.  Thanks for the article.  We need many more like it!!!!

I can no longer respond to the above with the official tagged responses, because although I just signed up to this site today, my password apparently has been hijacked and I can't sign in under my handle of Scrivener.  So this will have to suffice until I hear back from site administrators.

The vitriol of some of the above responses speaks volumes.  I urge others with experiences similar to mine to come forward publicly before this descent into fascism spreads further.  I retain hope that conscientious officials in law enforcement are working to correct these abuses, which now threaten their own ranks in many communities.

Vigilantism has run amok;  people are being destroyed.  Even police officers who have resisted these lawbreakers are being targeted.  I still retain hope that justice will prevail.  Mukasey is aware;  Chertoff is aware.  These are good and honorable men who inherited programs that may have been in place for years.  Now that the truth is coming to light, these men will not let this stand.   At least that is the hope that keeps me going;  that, and my faith in God.

One final point:  I decided to go high-profile after a speeding pickup truck aimed directly for me and nearly ran me down on Monday night.  When I raised my hand for him to stop, he slammed on the brakes, then dared me to take down his license number.  As I walked toward the rear of his truck, he threw it into reverse and sped backwards down the street. 

That was it for me;  I called the police to report the incident and then I decided to go as public as possible.  The fact that he was afraid I'd get his plate number convinced me there's still a chance to beat back these vigilantes;  if he was fearful of being caught, that means he believed the authorities would take action if they caught him in the act.

I hope some others join me, soon, while I'm still able to fight.   This is urgent.  Our nation's freedom is on the line.

In the meantime, I wait to see how long it takes for my colleagues in major media to realize that national elections are meaningless of the rule of law already has broken down at the street level.  

It's easier, I suppose, to cover the horse race than to do some digging at the county seat and in local communities.  Some local police officers are as revolted at what's happening as I;  but no one's asking the right questions.  Hopefully, the curative process is now underway.

Freedomfchs.com appeals to the Senate Judiciary Committee for a hearing regarding covert surveillance and advanced torture technology. The issue may seem like science fiction if it were not for the fact that real people are being victimized by directed energy weapons developed by the US Government.

DEW's are a class of military armaments that project sound and eight types of electromagnetic energy in the full spectrum - radio waves, microwaves, infrared waves, visible light, ultraviolet light, x rays, gamma rays, and cosmic waves. DEW's function by manipulating sound and energy with various wavelengths and frequencies used in current military applications and for covert purposes intended to torture, induce auditory effects, and inflict internal injury to unwitting civilian targets. Currently, the US Military Commissions Act of 2006, signed by President Bush contradicts the International Declaration of Human Rights in that it sanctions inhumane treatment and torture. In a web of complex overlays there is no protection for victims. FFCHS believes that immediate intervention from Congress is imperative to achieve the goal of freedom from DEW abuses, unwarranted surveillance, organized stalking, and harassment. Attorney Wilson states, "Many citizens are desperate to be freed from the disturbing, intrusive and oppressive targeting."

A March 21, 2008 article published by the magazine, New Scientist, details a declassified US Army report on non-lethal weapons and their biological effects including reproductive disorders and cancer. The report was released under the US Freedom of Information Act by the US Army Intelligence and Security Command at Fort Meade, Maryland. It gives an overview of what in 1998 was state-of-the-art technology for crowd control and other applications. As stated in the article, "The DOD confirmed to New Scientist that it released the documents, which detail five different 'maturing non-lethal technologies' using microwaves, lasers and sound." Over a decade later, not only has this technology advanced, but so has its potential to inflict serious injury and death.

Furthermore, research from Project Censored, substantiates that, "New technological capabilities have been developed in black budget projects over the last few decades-- including the ability to influence human emotion, disrupt thought, and present excruciating pain through the manipulation of magnetic fields. The US military and intelligence agencies have at their disposal frightful new weapons, that have likely already been covertly used and/or tested on humans, both here and abroad, and which could be directed against the public in the event of mass protests or civil disturbance." FFCHS and Attorney Wilson assert that a growing number of Americans are reporting symptoms that include, but are not limited to, severe physical trauma such as shocks, stings, burning, nausea, and sleep deprivation.

Targeted Individuals (TI's) of domestic terrorism originate from many different backgrounds and are affected physically, psychologically, socially, and economically as a result of the organized stalking and DEW torture. FFCHS President, Derrick Robinson explains, "The average American would be astonished to learn the extent to which secret surveillance technology has advanced today; to learn that remote manipulation and torture of the human mind and body is now possible and that all are at risk of horrendous abuses at the hands of technological predators."

Freedom from Covert Harassment & Surveillance began in 2006 as a conference call group that met weekly for the purposes of support, networking, and advocacy. I have a friend in Canada who is a target of this organized stalking and at first I did not believe her until I did some searches on the internet. I could not believe what I was reading. My friends story was so much like the stories I read on the internet. I am still having a hard time wrapping my head around the idea that common citizens can be treated this way and that ordinary citizens groups that we all know and support in our community are the ones persecuting the people they stalk and harass. How could this happen in Canada, how could people be stalked, harassed and attacked with directed energy weapons? and why is it the police are not investigating this crime?  

What has our world come to?

The people who are the perpetrators of this crime obviously do not know what they are doing. I have  researched  COINTELPRO and I think the ones who persecute other people are probaly manipulated or lied to on many levels. They probably believe what they are doing is for the greater good of their community.  These people need to be educated. This crime needs to exposed!

Mr. Scrivener, you just described my life story, which would read something like a bad science-fiction/porno novel ... it all began back in the late 1970's, when, as an enlisted man in a branch of the US military, I happened to 'differ somewhat' with 'management' ... I even went so far as to send a letter or two to some newspapers about a few things ( I was young - didn't know any better ... ) , and, even worse, far worse, my parents involved a US congressman and a US Senator, and a letter from my father went even higher than that ( as an interesting aside, during the decades which have passed since those days, both my parents became convicted felons ) ... it's been quite a ride, I can tell you ... But, being a buddhist now for many years, I realize all this so-called external reality we live in like so many goldfish in their bowl, is really only a product of mind anyway ... very helpful viewpoint when you've been 'me' ...  your article is a very interesting read, and somehow comforting --to know there are others besides myself who may very well share this same 'karma', and so scary, because it could really be true ... thanks !

PS - Now I know what my father meant, back then, when, during another of his attempts to counsel me to 'back down', he said, simply, "Don't piss off the King !" ... now, thirty years and more since he said it, I am pretty sure his advice was the best a father could offer ...

I live in Nanaimo, BC  Canada and I am one of 12 targeted individuals in this area of Vancouver Island. I know of many more targets in other areas of Canada.  All of us have been targets of covert stalking, community harassment and we are also attacked with energy weapons. There are many people globally who have knowledge that they are a target and even more people who do not know they are targets.

This has to stop, we need to find a way to expose this crap!

 Wonderfully vague on all points: who it is that is stalking? "citizens" "law enforcement types" "funded by multiple levels of government", what is stalking? "ruin you financially socially and physically...high tech instruments...inflicting pain and harm...families ruined" who is the target? "those who raise the issue" and of course poor Mr Livingston who informs us that his password for this site has been corrupted.   

 Why are these people called vigilantes and why are they picking on our Mr Livingston and not some murderer or predator.

Like you, I came here via the Drudge link and am sorry I bothered.  Vague unsubstantiated claims of...of....what?  Nothing, really.  A waste of time and a mistake not to be repeated. 

NOTE TO TRUEMOR:  Try looking up the word "substance" relative to news stories.  Leave the more imaginative stuff to JK Rowling or Stephen King.  You're not in their league with your stuff.

I am just curious. Do you really think if you woke up one day and discovered that you were being stalked that you would know all the facts and who was doing it? You could only draw conclusions based on assumptions and circumstantial evidence at best. Unless you were a professional investigator and then who is to say. To even know why might be a hard question to answer. Sometimes the only answer to why are you being victimized is ,I do not know.

 There is a wealth of information even attribution to other sites yet in your analogy you admit it is all based on assumptions and circumstantial evidence.  The problem here is you can't say "I don't have all the details you wouldn't if you were stalked" then turn around and pretend you uncovered a grand conspiracy.  Please, I'm beginning to think your not serious.  One other point, they are categorized as vigilantes.  If that is the case then why is it that you don't know "why".  Either they are fighting crime or they're not.  If they go after innocent victims and one of them were me,  I wouldn't think of calling them vigilantes, it never would cross my mind.
