VIGILANTE INJUSTICE: Organized "Gang Stalking" is the American Gestapo. Are They Doing Hi-Tech Torture?

Now, notice the "fingered rightly or wrongly". This indicates that Mr. Livingston recognizes the fact that a large number of people believe that some "undesirables" deserve to be gaslighted into institutionalization, and electronically and biologically tortured. It may be that Mr. Livingston feels this way himself.

This demonstrates that a large number of people in the country do not believe in due process of law. Rather they believe that all so-called "undesirables" should simply be thrown in the "trash heap", without so much as a "Dear John".

This IS how good people get thrown in the trash, Mr. Livingston. And recycling does not occur in that garbage dump.

This problem is only bound to get far worse in the future, unless it is exposed now. But exposure of the problem is not good enough, solutions must also be found.

Good for you Mr. Livingston for reporting this.

Yes, the "muscle" on the ground are told the people to be targeted are bad people; maybe some are, most probably are not.  In either case, there is no justification for the arbitrary and capricious disposal of the American legal system, allowing "vigilante justice" to prevail.  The gang stalkers are used and taken advantage of by those in a position of authority. They are told to commit crimes -- malicious stalking, harassment and vandalism are crimes in most jurisdictions -- and when these evils are exposed, it's likely that the stalkers will be among the first to take the rap.  Perhaps those in authority desire to "take care of" someone they don't like, or someone who shares different political beliefs; or someone of a different race or nationality; someone whose work output disrupted the status quo; or someone who "knows too much."  The stalkers, the citizen vigilantes, are the gullible tools who do the dirty work for their lawless handlers. 

Once an extra-legal system of control and punishment is established, it's certain that innocent people will suffer.  And even people accused of crimes are supposedly guaranteed their legal rights, the right to confront their accuser, the right to counsel, the right to a fair and speedy trial, etc.  But to these savages, those on the ground and those in positions of authority who have allowed this contagion to spread, "The American Way" -- the rule of law over the rule of the jungle -- is inconvenient, too time-consuming -- perhaps too fair and too just to satisfy their ignorant need for vengeance against those that in their view deserve society's damnation. 

This is no different than the ideology of the Ku Klux Klan, the Stasi, or the Nazis.  These people are American fascists; they are traitors to our values, to our government of laws, not men, and to God's values and principles.

Now they will be brought to account; but I have reason to believe that these forces are still persecuting, still engaging in electronic harassment and horrible crimes against humanity -- and I believe that this is not a recent phenomenon, but has been going on for years.  Don't blame this solely on the Bush Administration, or a well-intended but over-reaching reaction to 9-11.  No, this system of extra-legal control may have been endemic for many years, and apparently extends worldwide; it is the operational arm of a dangerous ideology that the world has seen -- and has conquered -- before. 

Now we must fight for our basic freedoms again -- a stark reminder that to fend off creeping fascism, the cancer from within, good people can't take their constitutionally protected rights and freedoms for granted; and that naivete of "liberals" can be a fatal character trait among those who justify their complacency and their failure to heed the warnings with the dismissive response that "it can't happen here."

Rest assured that people in positions of high authority are monitoring what is happening in my case.  This time, the operational forces have targeted someone who, after four years of near-constant physical attack, was able to emerge "bloodied but unbowed" to tell this story.  This would not have happened unless some very powerful people in this county wish it so.  Otherwise, it would have been quite easy to remove me from the scene, to neutralize me -- as I was neutralized for four long and painful years -- years of torment not just for me, but for my family.

There is a reason I have been given this opportunity to play a role in the preservation of the rule of law and the Constitution.  I have been persecuted, but I am strong; and I feel confident still that justice will prevail.

I can't say whether our shadowy vigilante "securicorps" are governmental or not, I can only tell you that they are here. I can tell you that they seem to enjoy the support of many ordinary citizens. They have managed to cause serious damage to me personally, from which I will never recover. But now, I do see my "stalkers" in an entirely different light. OS/EH is certainly nothing to be taken lightly, it is a very serious, dangerous, and deadly business.

Some say that multinational corporations are behind it, but offer no proof. There are numerous other possibilities, such as a very real effort to bring about world socialism. Many of the ideologies and themes involved in OS/EH fit in quite nicely with socialist beliefs.

The possibilities as to "who are the vigilantes" are endless, but I do think we do have enough information to intelligently narrow it down to only a few. And those are the possibilities that should be investigated.

Programs like COPS (Citizens on Patrol), and similar programs are the most likely vehicles through which these covert programs of harassment and abuse are carried out. There exists the very real possibility for abuse of such systems, such as rouge elements within them, where good people could be targeted for malicious means. The rouge elements have, no doubt, covered their tracks well.

If this is true, what we have is COPS enforcing "The law of the jungle", and their own ideologies.

This is probably one of the closest real-life examples one can come to in explaining OS/EH. This is nothing new, it has gone on throughout history. Those in power have always had "hit lists", it is one of the perks they enjoy. (See the 1977 movie "The Duellists", set in France in the 1800s, for an excellent example.)

What has changed since the 1800s are the technology and techniques involved in "taking care of" someone they don't like. Communication, surveillance, and punishment weapons and techniques are now highly advanced.

This all fits in nicely with an "alternative justice" system. We know that a huge number of people feel that the justice system no longer works. It becomes easy to envision a large network of "Boondock Saints", all working together to punish "sinners".

And then you have the multinational corporations taking advantage of all this booty.

So, it appears that the entire "securicorps" shadow vigilante system is set up in such a deviously vague way that, so far, it only causes us to spin our wheels in frustration trying to figure out who "they" really are.

In the end, I only know for certain that they are. I just don't know for certain who, why, or what they represent. Do you?

There is absolutely zero way the government is not at least aware this is going on, at least where I live.  I live about 10 miles or so from a military installation, an Air Force Base.

Each night, I can go outside and look to the sky and see several helicopters, at very high altitudes sitting off each corner of my residence.  They are visible with the naked eye due to the flashing lights installed on them.

These helicopters have followed me to numerous out-of-town locations 10+ hours from here as well.  I atttempted to video record them but my camcorder has terrible night vision capability and could not zoom in on them.  They can be easily seem with a telescope.

These helicopters sit there basically from sun down to sun up, as far as I have seen in the past.  This has been going on for over two years in my case.

I do not experience too much mobbing by car at night, that I can tell anyway, and I feel the reason for this is because I am under surveillance by the helicopters.  I'm not sure the cost of having several helicopters hover in one spot for 10 hours each night but, I assume it is very expensive.

If these helicopters are hovering this close to a military installation, there is no doubt in my mind that they are aware of their presence.  I also used to see vehicles with "United States Government" license plates doing the car mobbing aspect of this organized stalking garbage.  However, I have not see any of these vehicles in probably 6 months or so.

I do not experience electronic harassment, other than bugging/wiretapping, that I am aware of.

In order to suggest that government may very well indeed be cognizant of these 'cabals' of 'organized harassment', for better or for worse ( in terms of my own credibility ) , I bring to the attention of the followers of this thread a document, the existence of which I was unaware of until only recently, and of which others may not yet have heard. My understanding is that it is based, at least in part, on the investigative work of Jim Garrison, District Attorney of New Orleans, who officially investigated the assassination of President Kennedy.

It seems to be widely known within the community of 'conspiracy theorists' as simply the, 'Torbitt Document.'

I quote from chapter 1:

"When Jim Garrison, the New Orleans District Attorney, began to investigate the assassination of President Kennedy, he took the position that regardless of who was behind the assassination, the American people could take the truth, should have the facts, and that the right of the American people to know superseded any damage that might be done to the image of the United States by the revelation of respected government leaders' involvement in the crime.

Holy paranoid, Batman.  Is everyone a perp to you?  LOL!  You will certainly drive yourself crazy with that frame of mind!  That is want they want and you are falling right into it.

Please go to Youtube and type in "gangstalking" in the search area.  There you will find numerous videos of helicopters involved in doing this including Life Flight units.  Many of us experience this and I would not be suprised if you are experiencing it as well.  It only takes a couple of minutes of looking on a clear evening to determine if you are, or not.  Keep in mind they do sit at very high altitudes but you can't miss the flashing lights on them.

This stalking is widespread. I have been stalked, financially destroyed, driven to a heart attack in Orlando, Fl and now Naples, Florida. I was even terrorized 15 minutes prior to my heart catherization surgery, where my mother died from. The police have a blind eye and aid and abet the perpetrators. I have been stalked since 1998 when I became a victim of a violent crime and due to the perpetrators ties to powerful men in DC nothing has been done. Now in Naples this town is organized with psycho stalking. Every time I get a job interview they are being visited and threatened or told to play mind games. My telephone is being messed with by Embark, I get voice mail messages days later. My life has been destroyed in the state of Florida  and I can't wait to someday have the money to be able to leave this state run by a psychopathic stalking governor, Churches are being used to stalk even Christians, and all because I was victim of a violent crime and the perpetrator is still free to viciously slander, torture and abuse me.Naples FL is run by some very sick people and they all seem to be vigilante puppets for someone who gets his thrills of harming and intimidating women. My car  was being messed with and I lost everything I have due to these cults and their bully leader. We as American citizens should unite  and I have discovered that in Florida the press are participants in stalking victims of violent crimes and to them it is entertaining. To viciously abuse someones civil rights brings us back int the dark ages and now the Leadership of states have become the Nazis of 2008 and thanks to modern technology us victims do not have to wear a star of David, if you were born in Germany they justify their part of stalking, that it is Ok to do this to a German born person. I was not even alive during Hitlers time, and they justify their dirty nasty deed quoting an eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth. Our law enforcement and government has been hijacked by cult like groups out to destroy innocent citizens because of the slander of criminals and attempted murderers who still run free due to inefficient law enforcement and evidence . The reason the press turns their head is that they are participants in this growing crime all over America. My life and health was destroyed by these people and the kept on telling me I will have nothing left but suicide they will not stop, my abusers were also man from military services. We have lost our country and have given it over to hood looms and have allowed a bully to allow it to happen all over. I can't wait to get out of Florida away from the attempted murder attacks upon my life by these sick individuals. I truly think the Republican Party has lost its sanity when they lower themselves to stalk victims of violent crimes and commit hate crimes against its citizen. What you report sounds very familiar, up to a point. 

As for your comment about your ethnic background, persons or various backgrounds have been stalked, and I believe anyone can be victimized by this neo-fascist element.  Anything is possible; but I really doubt your story about people seeking vengeance against Germans for WW2. The victims of that era whom I have met would prefer to move on. I don't think that's what this is all about, with all due respect.  No group or individual is immune from possible targeting, or from being among the perpetrators.  Those who are members of groups that have been victimized in the past are vulnerable to attack by those who believe in certain long-standing ideologies. 

I have noted certain militaristic literature and stickers in full view in and on vehicles involved in this activity.  These people include some unsavory characters who use whatever "cover" they get from stalking to indulge their sadistic and cruel nature.  They are outlaws in the true sense of the word.   And some seemingly normal "family types" appear to be involved.  It's not just "skinheads," but I've noted a few of those types, too.

In recent days, I have gotten some strange emails.  I  got one last night from someone who said he wanted to "help" me escape the stalkers and was told to contact me by "someone who fears for your life."   This seemed like a not so veiled threat. When I asked him via email how I could know that he wasn't among those harassing me, he sent me an angry and threatening response, calling me names and saying that I could never be "helped."  This is all part of what is called "gaslighting," after the movie in which a husband torments his wife by manipulating objects and the environs, lowering and raising the gaslights in an attempt to make his wife think she is going mad.  This is the goal:  to get victims declared mentally ill, so they can be institutionalized (if they are not slowly murdered before that ever happens), and their property confiscated.  If this sounds like pre-war Germany to you, that is understandable, because there appear to be similarities.

As frustrated as I am with certain authorities, I am even more disgusted with my colleagues in the media, many of whom unquestioningly accept slander from people in positions of power and refuse to insist that "it can't happen here." I've read of claims that the media itself is bought and sold and infiltrated with moles.  I am starting to believe that could be the case in some instances.  It's done so artfully that even a "savvy" reporter might never know when he/she is being set up by someone, or whether that story "the desk" told you to do is actually a  planted story replete with planted "sources."  One story I did for local TV news sticks in my memory; because you get the assignment in the morning and must complete the "package" by airtime, there is no time for checking out the veracity of the tale you're told my the "source" the desk gives you.  So folks, don't believe everything you see on the news; keep an open mind, but be skeptical. 

That's why I am writing about my experiences and not interviewing third parties, whose stories I cannot possibly verify.   I have a lifetime body of work and I've established my credibility;  in present matters, the story I know to be true is my own story.  I'm telling it, and I leave it to my readers to judge whether what I am reporting sounds credible.  My articles provide context to my personal narrative; taken together, the story is being told.

What are the stratagies for combatting gang stalking?

Like you, I have very little to lose.  They pounded away at my personal, social, and financial underpinnings continuously until the point was reached where they had effectively forced a sort of survivalist life-style upon  myself and my family.  It's all part of the plan to eliminate that "one in twenty" persons who will stand for anything. 

As the Nazis determined in WWII, the other nineteen will be easily controlled and enslaved without the efforts of the "one in twenty" person.  A target can reasonably assume that he/she is a "one in twenty". 

Many of those within the TI world assign the blame for their  oppression to a personally disfavored group.  Additionally, many of those in the TI world have claimed that being a part of some disfavored group (ethnic or otherwise) is the reason for the attacks that they must endure.  It is not so.

The only requirement to become a target is to be resistant to fascism, to not blindly accept the "new order", and to be public about those views.  As a reporter, your job is to be public about those views, and so I might imagine that your situation is more terrible as a result.
