A frightening mosaic of alleged unconstitutional abuses threatens to nullify the rule of law and the right of due process under the law in America. Human rights violations could be taking place in cities and towns across the nation, but the mainstream media has yet to take note.

A group of "targeted" American citizens maintain they are being set up for ruin -- financially, socially and physically -- by an organized campaign of vigilantism that some victims believe is funded and supported by multiple levels of government, perhaps using citizen "watch" and volunteer programs as well as private fraternal organizations as a front for extra-legal harassment and persecution.

The phenomenon is commonly known as "gang stalking" and "community stalking." But that nomenclature tends to trivialize the issue.

Victims say it's a re-emergence of the monstrous methodology of the KKK, the Stasi and the Gestapo. It is, they say, mob rule that can turn even well-intentioned community organizers into an extra-legal control mechanism that some targeted individuals believe is coordinated and condoned by rogue elements within the power structure. The recent killing of an inmate at the Prince Georges County, MD jail could be the latest manifestation of such officially tolerated, extra-legal vigilante "justice."

Those who raise this issue claim that their telecom connections are subject to surveillance, interruption and tampering. They report that their ability to freely communicate is severely circumscribed. Careers are ruined, reputations are slandered, and the physical well-being of targeted individuals is placed in serious jeopardy by the employment of high-tech instruments capable of inflicting pain and harm; those are the charges. Victims have said that their mail is intercepted, transactions are sabotaged and financial statements are altered to surreptitiously drain targeted persons of their financial security, driving them to destitution and personal destruction. Entire families, they claim, have been decimated. They say this phenomenon may even explain in part the crisis in the mortgage and credit markets. Now let me give some personal testimony, based on my personal experiences. I typically avoid "becoming" the story; but this is a true story that justice compels me to tell:

I am an investigative/business reporter/producer who has worked for major newspapers, TV stations and magazines. I had my own TV show in the metro New York market for six years. Perhaps not coincidentally, the show ended just as I began to realize that I was being methodically and destructively gang-stalked. It's been going on for more than four years. I have tried to seek redress by going through official channels, to no avail. It wasn't until I read and researched the many web sites on the subject that I began to realize what was happening --- and that others are being similarly afflicted.

I have contacted media outlets, but I find that there is a concerted effort to destroy my credibility, and I believe that has affected my ability to get this story told. (Persons targeted by this movement report that their complaints to public officials are routinely received with scorn and not-so-subtle suggestions that the complainants are mentally unbalanced -- a response that critics maintain is part of a strategy to neutralize those who dare to challenge the prevailing dogma.)

I was part of "major media" for many years, and I can report that the mainstream media is highly vulnerable to intimidation, manipulation and rumor-mongering. I post this message at some personal risk to myself and to my family; but I cannot remain silent and solely rely on "the system" any longer. The system isn't working.

My name is Victor Livingston. I live in Bucks County, PA. My email address is scrivener50@verizon.net. But my email is erratic, my accounts have been subject to hijacking, and I can't rely on the privacy or even the veracity of electronic communications. I fear that my identity has been stolen and that I have been set up by rogue elements that have tolerated this extra-legal activity, and who will resort to "any means necessary" to suppress accounts of official misconduct.

Federal law enforcement is aware of gang/community stalking; indeed, it is possible that federal grants are being used by localities to fund such activities under the guise of community watch groups and volunteer corps. Some local police personnel who have resisted the vigilante movement reportedly have become targets.

My hope is that conscientious officials under the direct authority of the Justice Department are working behind the scenes to curb the abuses. I have officially requested a civil rights investigation into what has been happening, but to no avail. I have tried to contact my Congressman, Patrick Murphy, but those efforts have been unsuccessful. That explains why I have resorted to multiple postings on the web, so I can confirm that my words have not been altered. I have also emailed members of the House and Senate judiciary committees to request a congressional investigation.

If you are a fellow journalist, please investigate this under-the-radar abuse of power in your own community; odds are, it's going on in your own backyard. Residents of other industrialized nations also have posted reports of organized gang/community stalking in their communities, suggesting that these tactics could be part of an international reactionary ideology.

And if you know or work with Sy Hersh, Nat Hentoff or Bob Woodward, or local journalists in your local communities who are more than just stenographers for the status quo, please send them this post.

This is Debbie from Nanaimo BC, Canada. Last Thursday an article made the front page of our local newspaper and it is about a man who has filed a suit for 2 Billion dollars with claims that many organizations are involved in the attacks to his body. The story does seem to make a mockery of him but it did make front page which surprised me. Thanks for the link. I will look at it in a moment. Since writing these articles, things have gotten worse regarding DEW. This is no coincidence. There is torture going on, and the fact that I'm talking about it only seems to embolden the people doing this. Because these assaults are silent and invisible, they believe they're are getting away with "the perfect crime." So far, they seem to be. But I believe this issue is reaching critical mass worldwide. It's not limited to the U.S., as you know. I was incapacitated for four years, and even lost my ability to write. The physical assaults did not start to improve until I went to the FBI. Then I gradually recovered from the worst of it. Now, it's bad again, and I am concerned that more prolonged assaults will again rob me of my ability to fight back. The powers that be are letting these posts go up, but my material is being tampered with, my phone calls are being intercepted, and I can't seem to get through to the big constitutional rights organizations in the U.S. who could help. Many, if not most, of the responses here seem, shall I say, disingenuous. If you have been following this thread, as well as the threads on the other two articles I have written on the same basic subject, you will see what I mean. I still remain confident that the "good people on the inside" will act to stop these abominations. But there is an attempt to marginalize people such as I, and the DEW attacks have increased in number and intensity -- almost constant.

I write this in the hope that someone in a position to do something about these human rights abuses will be motivated to act. It hasn't happened yet. Feel free to share these links with anyone, everywhere; I encourage you to do so. Thank you.

I am a masters level psychologist with 20 years of practice experience who would have had a very difficult time believing the situation my son and I entered into in 2006 after my parents died and their "executor" took over. We were gangstalked on a coast-to-coast trip- staying at motels along the way, several "credible" looking officials would stop and talk to the motel management. Usually we could manage one day, followed by the resumption of the terror stalking campaign. Often, however, we suffered severe sleep deprivation- one of us always had to "keep watch."

As victims, we need validation-not condesension or subtle implications from law enforcement that "sure honey----we'll take care of it".....actually, in the town I am living, I have been forced to move into a homeless shelter. The Police in this town, as did a local Branch of Bank of America- colluded in the entire manner. I'm tired of staying quiet. However, I do know the "signals" when it is time to abruptly depart from a place. The manager here just 2 weeks ago inquired which room I stayed in. When I asked him in a joking manner why, was I being moved to a penthouse? He denied ever inquiring about my room. Then the "sprayngs" started. 4 of us ladies live in that room and the spraying was NOT done correctly.....Now the job I was going to get is suddenly "on hold because of a grant". My daughter does not believe me and my son is out of contact with me, living in fear and isolation. He tells his sister he does not want to be in contact with me and I do not know why....Perhaps he feels it is too dangerous...or he has been told that I tried to harm him by a "credible source."......

I appreciate your very candid telling of your story. It is validating to me that someone like you, a trained professional psychologist with 20 years of experience, comes out to say that you too are a target of gangstalking. Although I consider myself to be very well grounded and objective, I feel that I must be hypervigilant with regard to these things lest others will think of me as being mentally ill because of the problem that I say that I have, that being a targeted individual of gangstalking.

You are right on when you say that we need validation. This is something I thirst for myself. I continue to hope for the day when major news stories dealing with this break out, and people become aware of this evil.

I am also a TI (Targeted Individual), and a member of Freedom From Covert Harassment and Surveillance (freedomfchs.com). Your articles are excellent and are like a breath of fresh air to me. I have been waiting a long time to see someone with media credentials like yours come forward to expose this web of covert crimes. I personally can confirm that all you claim is true! I have become an activist myself after having been a target for the past 10 years, in 2 different cities. Recently, I have tried to help you by having a Mr. H. Michael Sweeney contact you, but he did not meet with the kind of reception I had hoped! I must here say to you that – no matter how severe our targeting is (and I believe ALL of what you say) – we must sometimes take a risk and trust someone. That is the only way to escape it. I have read one of his several books, and I credit him with thereby saving my life. I have also been in e-mail contact with him for months; Mr. Sweeney is a detective, a fine person, a Target himself, who has been on an ffchs podcast and works tirelessly to reach out to otherTIs in distress. Bravo! Vic Scrivner, you're very courageous, as are all who are being subjected to the various forms of abuse and torture, which does seem to be part of a federal program. Which is why an investigation must be congressional and focused not on "local gang stalking" but on federal Cointelpro operations. Even the abusive people who leave posts here are not involved in perpetrating some of the abuses, which they very well may be, they lack basic human kindness and empathy, and are naive about how many secrets various segments of the federal government keep from the public and others in the government, including Congress.

I am not a target (yet), but I've been looking into the subject, and I know that it's real. Yes, it takes time to gather the information. Some websites supposedly serving and representing victims appear to be actually run by an agent whose intent is to redirct victims to solutions that won't work, e.g. litigation. It's impossible for an attorney to penetrate state secrets. Only Congress has the power to subpoena the parties likely to be involved and to gain access to classified documents.

Someone has posted on one of the threads of Vic's pieces related to this one is of the opinion that the word perp and acronym TI represent for him or her "red flags" signifying an abuser, claiming that only police say "perp" and "targeted individual" is a militaristic euphemism. Perhaps he or she has never hear of the "perp walk," which is but one instance of popular usage of the term. From what I can see, it's a term typically applied to the low-level infiltrators, provocateurs, etc., not to military or other government personnel involved in devising and carrying out these monstrous program. While "targeted individual" may sound to some "sanitized," my understanding is that it is a term that makes victims feel more empowered and less stigmitized than by calling themselves "victims," a term many people have grown weary of hearing. Police, on the other hand, always use the word victim. It also sets them apart from all other victims. The mere fact that these are people speaking out, joining together, and organizing reverses the dehumanizing aspect of an otherwise military euphemism.

What's most important is to understand the behavior of the tactics of Cointelpro. Many are the same as in the 60s and 70s. There are so many today, including among TI groups, and even one mentioned among these posts, because the stakes are so high. Capital crimes are being committed.

This is an excellent forum. Keep up the good work, Vic. You're not alone in working to get the truth out.

Hysterical, maybe you should have to go through what some of us have gone through. In 1998 I after I was a victim of a violent crime. I was threatened than by a man with ties to military intelligence and federal law enforcement they would have me homeless and no one would believe me that one man could be doing all this. From that point I lost everything at the hand of these people. I had a heart attack from the stalking, 6 cars destroyed by stopping 200 ft behind me and than hitting the gas pedal all the way and 2 days ago I had my brakes tampered with for at least the third time. Cars entered into constantly and the Imbeciles doing the terrorism are being told it is patriotic . I worked for the Navy, AF, Army and several Defense Contractors and became a witness to a high powered Florida congressman criminal activity and my life turned into a living hell. I saw a police officer in Orange County Florida break a case of empty beer bottles in front of my drive way in the middle of the night. My new car I just picked up was keyed in my driveway the first day I had it. I called the police and they would not take a report, but told me I knew too much. When my condo I am staying at was constantly entered into in Naples Florida and my car and now my brakes were rendered dis-functional overnight I went to the police station. A very nasty cop refused to take a report and just said: Why would someone be stalking you. These people knew I was already coming there. I go to the beach and a goon always shows up and tells me what I have spoken the day before in my home. Witnesses of federal crimes are being stalked harmed and harassed. These people who think this is not happening better think again. Every interview I had for employment was visited with vile false accusations and they were threatened and it is someone using the cover of Homeland Security to harm people. This is what the Nazis did and it is happening on US soil. The only jobs I was able to attain were jobs which were set up as 4 people LLC companies within a company and these people harassed me 8 hours a day with psycho terror. They would repeat what I said and did in my home and also would quote me what I charged on my bank account debit card. Destroyed all my documents when I went to lunch. All done to intimidate an state we know all you do.I am just a person who loves her country and I am a Christian. They were told I did not have a heart attack and to make me angry. I call that attempted murder.How to get rid of a federal witness you make sure they have another heart attack. Churches are being paid faith based millions to aid in the stalking and harassment. I served this country and I was placed by the DCIS where corruption was taken place and when a Republican congressman fell into the trap my life was in peril. I was told by a friend who is a federal agent this abuse was coming from Washington. I had one woman trying to befriend herself to me, who was emotionally dead and would have eaten dirt if someone in power would have told her too. People organizing it are tied to the US Marine Corps, former Army Intelligence , Postal Workers and for some reason tied to the power industry etc. This is real folks and it should scare any one who loves this country. My life was destroyed and I am petty strong, but I did need an income to live and it was taken away from me and in turn destroyed my credit. If this would have not happened to me I would never have believed that this terrorism could happen on US soil aided and abetted at times by what one can only call religious cults and Home Land Security is aiding in it. Mr. Fine the Inspector General of the DOJ is aware of it, but he uses the same techniques. He had an employee of his stalked, threatened and told her employer to fire her and tried to go after her law license. We have the wolfs watching the chicken house, folks. Educate yourself before you deny on what is occurring. My dog was rendered unconscious, when the gas was put on twice in my home by a man who stated he was being paid by the government to do this and the police would do nothing. I thought no way, but he was right. All my landlords who have participated were paid large sums of money or disappeared without a forwarding address, got new homes and pick up trucks and being told they are doing it for patriotic duty. All I did was my job and report a congressman having illegal activities with two foreign operatives who were embezzling federal money. I guess if you are a person of no Integrity, no Honor and a thief yourself, you will have nothing to worry about, but the rest of us who do have integrity, love this country and will not look aside have to fight for our live in this country at this time since the people who should do something about it are living in lala land and the ones in charge of law enforcement or justice are committing the crimes. Your comprehensive account rings true and much of it is very familiar to me. I fear for the lives of my family members every time one of them gets into a car. We have been subject to tainted food and water; our inside air has been polluted; our cars have been tampered with; my computers sabotaged; clothing torn, carpets soiled, property destroyed; accounts altered and sabotaged; unfamiliar items placed in safe deposit boxes; notes left in our home with handwriting that resembles family members' but was not written by any of us; we suffer physical ills that I attribute to DEW; -- I could go on. This continues to the present. Just this morning, I received a jolt to the head that felt like I had been shot. It stunned me and the effects took a couple of hours to subside. I am having trouble communicating via email; I do not believe my email is getting through, and I continue to receive very few email and the ones I get seem to be intended to deliver not-so-veiled threats. If this can happen to someone with many contacts in media and the ability to write (an ability that I lost for four years do to this torture), I can only imagine how other victims are being treated.

I have sounded the clarion and thus far the only visible effect is a reduction in the number of stalkers. But they are still there. Just yesterday, a large man driving a late-model pickup truck pulled up alongside of my car, which was parked in a gas station lot near the air hose. He kept smiling at me and shaking his head, for no reason. His bumper had insignia of a certain private fraternal organization which has been linked by victim reports to this activity.

Like you, I feel completely vulnerable. I went to the county seat and ran into the number two attorney in the DA's office. I told him I ws being gang-stalked and he instructed me to go to his office and wait for him. To make a long story short, I was told he couldn't meet with me. The chief of county detectives did come out to talk with me. I asked if I could talk to him in a private place, but he said the lobby waiting area would do. A thuggish character set across from us and scowled, listening to the entire conversation. I felt somewhat intimidated. I told the detective what was happening; he asked me a couple of times, "What did you do to that would make people want to stalk you? I told him I had done nothing to warrant what was happening. I told him I have been to the FBI several times, and I asked for a follow-up meeting in private. That was several weeks ago. I telephoned but have gotten no callback. I still want to meet with the top DA's office people because there is a Gestapo-like group stalking the streets of my county, it is continuing, and I fear what might happen if this criminality is not stopped. Since the stalking continues, albeit with a reduction in the number of stalkers, I conclude that there may be a "hard core" group of extremist vigilantes for whom this is sadistic sport, and who may be defying command and control.

The FBI must act, because the more extreme elements display a sense of entitlement that is frightening. Conscientious authorities who believe in the Constitution and in their oath to uphold the law must take action -- now. This is a slow genocide, and lives are being destroyed. The rule of law has broken down in Bucks County, PA. The authorities know about it, and it continues.

I have noticed the "insignia" on a few cars too. Where I live many in law enforcement and influential citizens belong to that organization.

But I have seen other people that appear to "belong" together, even as families.

The first person I noticed was not trying to be seen at all. I decided to hire a private investigator and started going to some investigator offices. I saw the same man I had noticed outside one office and discovered he was a private investigator or worked for one.

That is how it started for me, as some type of bogus "investigation". I'm not a criminal and don't even drive over the speed limit.

Electromagnetic frequency and the human mind.

I think that these operations have for long been happening and have evolved with and alongside satellite and radio, as well as electromagnetic frequency technology. The logic is that these technological developments need to use people. No pain no gain. Avoiding the great ethical compromises found with these is not too difficult if you are operation specialists within the area of government, or military in charge of these. What the majority of people will not become aware of is what immeasurable horrors that these researches may or have begun to bring to the wider population.

I've been done with voice to skull 24/7 since March 2000. Before that, they did voie to skull to me part time on occasion from 1996 to 2000.

I don't think the stalkers are gov't. More like a bunch of vigilantes or a street gang. People claim that Bush is behind this, but I became a target during the Clinton years.

I'm not a paid disinformation specialist. I'm a victim. I just think that too many victims have bought the whole govt. conspiracy mind-control, covert, experimentation, COINTEL, etc, etc... thing "hook, line and sinker." It's like these disinformation specialists have "planted" all of the conspiracy stuff for us victims to find.

If the REAL perps can keep us pre-occupied and focused on accusing the govt. of "torturing" us with voice to skull, gangstalking, and mind-control stuff, the REAL perps can continue harassing us - and getting away with it. They know that we will never get anywhere accusing the govt. We will also look like a bunch of paranoid, delusional wackos for talking about all of this "far-fetched" govt mind control stuff.

We need to find and punish the perps, but I doubt the govt is behind it all. This is just my opinion. The govt is broke! Why would they waste money on this crap, if they can already do whatever they want, and only another civil war could change that! I just don't buy into all of the so-called "evidence" that is in all the conspiracy theory books and stuff. Not only is it highly subjective, but most of it is over-exaggeration at its finest.

I strongly believe the REAL perps (doing voice to skull) are nothing more than a bunch of punks with a high tech pirate shortwave or microwave radio network. BTW, hate groups, such as white supremists, have just that - illegal pirate radio networks. This very well could be the "voice to skull" harassment that some of us gangstalking victims are targeted with - not satellite transmissions being beemed down into our heads from outer space, like a lot of victims and websites advocate so strongly!

That, I believe, is the lie the REAL perps want us to buy into. Anybody who claims that the govt is secretly beaming thoughts into theeir head from outer space, or with the new military technology, sounds like a delusional wacko. This was the perps whole strategy to begin with.

I don't why you think I'm a "disinformation specialist." I just don't buy into the govt mind control stuff. That's all. At first, the perps doing voice to skull to me were playing all of these ridiculous skits on me. One day, they'd tell me I was being investigated by the CIA. The next day it was the FBI. Then, the day after that, I had a contract on my life because I was supposedly "in the wrong place at the wrong time." Every day, they were constantly playing all of these street theatre skits on me. Man, they really had me going for a good 6 months like this! I couldn't sleep. I was afraid to live in my own apartment. They were playing all these skits on me constantly non-stop 24/7.

Then, they started getting their stories mixed up. Believe it or not, they forgot what scenario they were playing on me from one day to the next. It wasn't long before I figured out what was going on. IT WAS NOTHING MORE THAN A BIG SNOW JOB! At that time I knew for certain that I was dealing with a bunch of amatuers. These were not professionals - just a bunch of punks!

I could go into some very creepy and scary details of how I've been gangstalked by a real criminal gang. My story is very long. But, one thing about it: it's strange how I'm also a voice to skull target, and a victim of gang violence - not just stalking but real gang violence. I could tell stories about my situation that could send chills down people spine! My life story is literally like something out of a Stephen King movie, or "The X-Files."

I realize that if you haven't been a victim of organized stalking you might have a tendency to believe you have all the answers and are arrogant enough to try and make Mr. Livingston seem foolish and paranoid to his readers. He is neither. I am also a victim of gang stalking and have been for over 13 years. I have been labeled paranoid, mentally unstable, a liar, a thief and myriad other slanderous names and have had and continue to have my identity stolen as I have fought in the system for justice. (It hasn't happened) Trying to fight back is all but impossible in our society because everyone who hasn't been a victim of this has adopted the stance that "if it hasn't happened to me, it can't be happening to anyone else either." Or they believe that if you are a victim of organized harassment then you must be guilty of something awful and you "deserve it!" I have had the police laugh in my face as I tried frantically to get help as a last resort before I became "unemployable." The rule of thumb in our society is "the majority wins.". The majority is on the side of the stalkers. Believe me when I say, it will not and does not go away with time. Time only allows gang stalkers to continue and add to their heinous, ruinous behavior. I overheard one of the perpetrators say to others, who seemed to be rational and sane, "We won't be happy until she's dead!" How is this condoned in our society? Something has to be done but I'm afraid that it won't be done in time to help me clear my name or restore my credibility. I once heard this said and believe this to be true, "first you have to make a person seem " less than human," then you can do whatever you want to them." Then no one cares....

The foot soldiers are either psychopaths, slaves or paid dupes.

Many on the bottom have very little education or intellect.

I heard one of my stalkers say that "they were improving society".

You are full of crap, sir. Time is catching up to those who have betrayed the American judicial system and the rule of law.

Those who try to instill fear with their "neurolinguistically programmed" responses ("Trying to fight back is all but impossible") are exposed as frauds. Why don't you just repeat the old agitprop line, "Resistance is futile"?

Those who are subverting the rule of law will soon see how much true Americans care about preserving our rule of law. You seem to share something with the Nazi leadership: Hitler and Himmler and Goebbels thought no one would care about their victims, too. You may recall that things didn't quite work out for them. Nor will things work out for those who betray the Constitution and their fellow man.

But really, is this the best you can do? Wonder why Bush agreed to revise Executive Order 12333? Maybe because we are fighting back, and winning.

Yours is not statecraft. You better hope Mike McConnell doesn't see this. It's pathetic. Maybe someone at other agency will give him a heads up.

But guess what? I have a strong feeling that he's watching you while you watch me.

I said I wouldn't reply to this site again but you are so out of line that I can't help myself....Do you ever second guess yourself and admit you might be mistaken? Think about it: You might be insulting people who have been 'gang stalked' like myself and are suffering just like you.. Have you ever thought about what are you doing to them psychologically with your tirades about them being 'disinformation specialists'? Haven't we been through enough without 'one of our own' feeding this site with their own 'disinformation'? I believe KF is not a disinformation specialist as you have implied previously. He (or she) is a gangstaking victim just like you and I. He (or she) is just stating their own beliefs or opinions that should be allowed to be aired without a 'put down' from you. After all this in not Nazi Germany is it? After 13 years I 'still have hope' that somehow my name will be cleared or have you not read my entire letter? It seems you read everyone's comments and just excerpt random statements to twist and turn to your own justification. READ THE ENTIRE LETTER SIR! We are not your enemies, we have a right to be heard just as you do. After 13 years of being 'gang stalked' and having fought through Federal, State and Local Bureaucracies I don't intend to let you get away with putting me down and calling me a 'disinformation specialist' . Still Hoping: Please re-read your earlier post, the one about "it's only going to get worse," "it will not go away with time," there's no way to fight it, etc. Now you ask if I wonder what I am doing "psychologically" to persons such as you with my "tirades." I do think your rhetoric is overblown. I've spent better than three decades interviewing people from all walks of life. Your posts are not convincing. At the risk of affecting you "psychologically," I must say that your sense of indignation seems a bit over the top. People who still have hope don't admonish others that "it's only going to get worse" and "it will not go away with time." Those are either the words of a hopeless pessimist, or someone trying to send a message.

I wish you luck in your endeavors, but you're just sounding too convincing here. I leave it up to readers to review the posts and decide for themselves.

So now you consider my indignation to be "over the top", well what we're discussing here happens to be "over the top". How would you like to be called a "Gang Stalker" or a "Disinformation Specialist" Mr. Livingston. Would you appreciate it in the same way that I do? You must be a newbie to this "gang stalking" phenomenon. "Four years" you say, well I've been a victim for 13, so I trump you...You don't care for my "pessimistic" attitude, well isn't that just too bad, this is my story we're talking about, not yours. If anyone has the right to be "pessimistic" it's someone who's been "in the trenches" for 13 years.

I was hoping (thus the name) that someone such as yourself ,who has had the experience of "30 years of interviews" to his credit, might be able to change the course of my "pessimism", that you might be able to give me a modicum of hope, but my enthusiasm is fast diminishing. As to my "rhetoric being overblown", well back at chaa...

I could say things like READ THE ENTIRE POST, but I won't bother to repeat myself. But I do hope that other visitors to this site will 'read the entire post' and give us their opinions. I'm even hoping some of them will understand my "pessimism" and "indignation".

Another short comment:

In rereading your post of July 14th you ask "So why haven't more people come forth on widely read sites like this?" and "So I ask you...why don't you share your experiences"? I just might have an answer for those two questions............

Might they be afraid of being accused of "disinforming" this site?

Might they be terrified of having their words twisted to change their entire meaning?

Might they be frightened of being labeled as "pessimistic" or "indignant"?

Might they be fearful of not being believed yet again?

And most of all sir,

Might they have been through too much to try and take you on?

But keep this in mind Mr. Livingston: I sincerely wish you good luck in your endeavors sir, and I pray that you succeed where I have failed. Being a "semi-public" figure and being familiar as you are with the media, you might just be in a position to give us a voice. But I also ask that you choose your battles well, as you represent us all...
