"This is Carlos Franco. I'm (reporting?) from Seattle Washington. I am in the City of (Kent?) at (Kentwood?) High School where I witnessed this suspicious device in the parking lot and bomb squad is now on the scene to dismantle the device along with a couple of cameras. I believe they're going to detonate the device, ooh, which they just did and I'll give a repeat phone call to see what else (??) finished. Bye."
*Update -- Actually the city was Covington, and the device was determined to be a students model of a nitrous-oxide assembly, created with the intention of being a visual-aid for his friend to follow while installing his own "NOS Kit." The student was alarmed when he learned what all the commotion was about and promptly informed the Bomb Disposal Unit about what his involvement and intention was with the device. I was actually the individual who found and reported the device to authorities, so was informed personally about the origin and ultimate misunderstanding surrounding the "suspicious device." The student was not charged with any crime, but was given a stern warning and told to be more alert about the consequences of his actions.
