Synopsis:

In January 2005, the SAC Buffalo Office received an investigative lead identifying Yusef ALHAKK, a.k.a. Joseph DANIELS as the purchaser of several memberships to websites that contained child pornography. Agents conducted a "knock and talk" at ALHAKK'S residence and discovered that ALHAKK was employed as a Buffalo School District social studies teacher at Bennett High School. Additionally, ALHAKK had been arrested previously for various weapons charges as well as a robbery charge where he served 4 years imprisonment. ALHAKK consented to the search and examination of his computer, and approximately 400 images of child pornography were discovered.
