Warren Jeffs, leader of the Fundamentalist Church of Latter Day Saints (FLDS), was sentenced on August 9, 2011. Jeffs was sentenced to life in prison, and must also pay a $10,000 fine.

The jury deliberated for only 40 minutes before sentencing. Warren Jeffs will be eligible for parole in 35 years, at which time he will be 90 years old, should he live that long in prison.
