Wayne Bartley, a Teacher at Three Schools in Brooklyn Had Sex With An Underage Student

He also reportedly received nude pictures from another underage student according to a recent probe by Special Schools Investigator Richard Condon, and tried to seduce a third.

Mr. Bartley worked at Intermediate School 229 and Intermediate School 392, before transferring to KIPP AMP Academy Charter School where he was fired. He has now been banned from teaching at any city school.

Mr. Bartley, who also has a foot fetish, had a 14-month fling with the student from the time she was 13 to 14 years old. He would take the student to the Paradise Motor Inn and they carried on the relationship there. The report also states that he coerced another student into sending him naked photos and foot photos to his iPhone.

He also reportedly took a third student from KIPP AMP Academy Charter School to get her nails done and gave her gifts, and massaged her feet.

The investigation into this matter began after a parent of a student at ISS 392, voiced some concern to officials that his daughter was involved in an inappropriate phone relationship with her teacher, Mr. Bartley.

He had reportedly told her that she was the prettiest student he had ever had, and he wanted her to send him pictures.

Mr. Bartley had a sexual relationship with a student at his previous school, ISS 229, whom he had taught in the 5th grade, but he offered her private tutoring when she was in the 7th grade, and that is when the affair began. They would go to the motel twice a month and that continued until May 2009.

The Bronx District Attorney's Office are investigating the matter.
