Good people inside the National Weather Service (NWS) are trying to tell us that this approaching hurricane "Frankenstorm" is a MILITARY ELECTROMAGNETIC WEAPON WEATHER MOD -- A SYNTHESIZED, MANUFACTURED EVENT.

There is NO OTHER WAY to read that forecast. Special attention all journalists: tell your editors to take off their blinders and see what's happening here... someone at NWS will confirm this. And these weather mod gods can REVERSE this weather pattern, just as they can spawn it.

The U.S. government possesses scalar electromagnetic technology that allows Homeland-military-intel to "alter atmospheric conditions," according to U.S. Patent 7629918, held by Raytheon, for the "multifunctional radio frequency directed energy weapon system," which, this veteran mainstream journalist has reported, is deployed on cell towers nationwide and is being criminally used by Lockheed Martin operatives to silently assault, torture, impair and harm Americans extrajudicially targeted by government and military contractor ideologues and hate-mongers as "dissidents," "undesirables" or "pre-criminals." This technology could be used to end drought and mitigate the effects of dangerous weather systems; instead it is being used as a weapon of torture, enslavement and slow-kill murder.
