I don't see how this is "Government 2.0." It is just a page where the President tells us what he is doing, and we can write letters to the President. Is there anything new about that at all? Have we not always been able to write letters to the President?
Real Government 2.0 would be where there is no President, just a website where policy is made. If you look around for it, you'll quickly find the Metagovernment. Now that's a 2.0 government.
