On writing these ranting’s at 7 O’clock at the very beginning of a sunny Wednesday Morning (Philippines) my first thought are about President Obama speech at 8 PM eastern time USA. The coffee taste good this morning.

I gather there will be people all over the world tuning in to hear the Commander in Chief of the worlds biggest Armed forces pledge more cannon fodder for the evil Taliban to blow up or take pop shots at.

I have read some stories this morning ever one now indicating 30,000 fresh troop’s 5,000 trainers included within that figure plus 5000 to 10000 expected within that same figure from Europe. Leaked of course from sources not actual disclosed. I guess those figures are right.

One blog indicated that the Taliban tribes men blend in with the local tribesmen in the villages and that when the troops go in they normally kill innocent people as well as the Taliban. This factor pumps up hatred and fuels the terrorism.  It also stated the Taliban feel comfortable and at homer with the terrain and its hard to weed them out.

Well no one has won a war in Afghanistan each and every attacking army goes back home with their tails between their legs, so to speak.

There is nothing so far today that’s make an interesting read all stories about this upcoming speech are of a creative nature even the ones about raising tax on fuel to pay for the war. One story I read about taxing the rich had a nice comment that stated “it’s the politicians that needed to be heavily taxed to pay for the war”

Well I will be glued to my chair at 9 AM this morning watching and listening to Obama’s speech.
