All agree it is serious, but all are looking to Obamaramadalilama to provide the drama and be the first to agree to attend. Don't hold your breath.
SINGAPORE — Prime Minister Stephen Harper’s aides say he will attend a key climate change summit in Copenhagen next month, but only if it appears that other world leaders plan to show up.
Environment Minister Jim Prentice is scheduled to lead Canada’s delegation to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change conference in Copenhagen in mid-December.
