"Who says I am not under the special protection of God?"
- Adolph Hitler Quotes

Well it really looks like Adolf escaped, but where did he go?

Adolf Hitler may not have shot himself dead and perhaps did not even die in his bunker, it emerged yesterday.

A skull fragment believed for decades to be the Nazi leader’s has turned out to be that of a woman under 40 after DNA analysis.

Scientists and historians had long thought it to be conclusive proof that Hitler shot himself in the head after taking a cyanide pill on 30 April 1945 rather than face the ignominy of capture.

Well that fact leads to a question of what really happened and where did he escape to?

In 1984, Harry Cooper, a former Naval Reserve officer and the found of Sharkhunters, received a letter from one of the many surviving WWII members of the organization. The man, appearing as Don Angel Alcazar de Velasco, said he was a Spaniard and that he had worked for Japanese and German intelligence. He made more astounding claims, the most amazing of which was that it was he who smuggled top Nazi Martin Bormann out of Berlin via U-Boat to South America. It was Bormann who knew where the massive Nazi bank accounts were, ready to fund a planned National Socialist resurgence. Don Angel also said he knew what happened to Hitler and that he most certainly did not die in the Fuhrerbunker.

Well it would seem that his destination was South America, that he shaved of that stupid bit of hair under his nose and started a new life collecting butterflies. Of course his final resting ground will never be known.

I went out drinking with a prestigious Manhattan banking lawyer when I was working at CitiBank. He was Jewish. Very clever, sincerely nice guy. We got along well. After a few drinks and my genuinely murmured sympathy about a few of the dilemmas facing Israel he came right out and said it; (I paraphrase) " I like Adolph Hitler. His strength. His sincerity. His tireless efforts to lead Germany to greatness. We were weak and he triumphed." Most surprising to myself was... I wasn't so surprised. This guy was a natural neo-con. A product of his class.

I think quite a few otherwise decent people have a sneaking respect for Der Fuhrer, partitioning his crimes and his dynamism into separate regions of the brain. Even many Germans, though they'll never say it. But was this lawyer representative of most? Maybe, but I hope I doubt it. Sometimes very clever people wring tortuous logic from any situation. Sometimes they're counter-intuitive just for the hell of it.

But I had to think about it; if I went back in time and saw Herr Schickelgruber marching down the street would my first instinct be loathing and disgust or awe? Maybe both. People respect that Factor X like they admire movie stars. Maybe we're hard-wired to admire a Leader regardless of the results. If Hitler made it out, you can bet many would've helped him.

Personally? I think he was a tragedy so huge in proportions that he outshines any description. Countless authors, poets and playwrights have tried to define him in words and all have failed. He is so above the borders of supernatural evil that he is enigmatically alluring to millions. That is why we are still writing about him today while Stalin rots into distant memory.

Hitler was a thug who killed Jews and pillaged Europe for vanity and greed.  Neo-Nazism. today, is primarily an American phenomenon--and the degree to which it exits in Germany is the degree to which they can secure extremist literature from the US.  Many American individuals and institutions have romanticized and supported that brutal thug from the beginning:  from Father Coughlin (the father of modern hate radio) to Standard Oil.  Without support from Wall Street, the bankrupt nation of Germany would never have been able to build such a powerful military machine.  To this day fools (once again, mostly Americans) continue to romanticize Hitler as a "supernatural" being in the same way some fools have romanticized Charles Manson.  I don't believe anybody who proclaims they "like,"  "admire" or "respect" Hitler is a decent person any more than someone who likes, admires or respects Charles Manson.

BTW - one story as to why he had that stupid moustache... He used to have a luxurious handlebar moustache (popular in the day) but he shaved it down so it would fit under his gas mask.

He had pride in his people and he raised the country out of the mess of Obama-style hyperinflation and made Germany a global powerhouse. He had strong design sense, was ambitious and got things done (he didn't just talk about 'shovel ready projects' while giving out food stamps). He also invented the modern world and laid down the template that the US runs to.

Possible this could be the answers to the problem in Afghanistan..

"People have killed only when they could not achieve their aim in other ways ... there is a broadened strategy, with intellectual weapons ... why should I demoralize the enemy by military means if I can do so better and more cheaply in other ways?"

- Adolf Hitler

I really don't think that Hitler supplied more than 40% of the template for the modern world as much of the Information Technology we see today was invented scientist from nations that where opposing Hitlers attempt of world domination.

Politically he did not supply nothing more than that was already there. Yes he took over a nation that was in a worst state than USA is now and used mostly US money to achieve his aims that went wrong due to his over the top Arrogance and not knowing his enemy cunning-ness.

He is no hero and certainly deserves no medals just another murdering elitist that had a talent for talking and conning the masses in Germany. I really do not think he was mad nor a mad man though I expect he went in to depression when he realized the truth. I expect he escaped and then secluded himself to his depression of being a loser.

Obama is not an Hitler though he is an elitist and presently the leader of a sagging superpower that has spent too much on war and has grossly outsourced for luzurys and electrical goodies. Now it would seem he is relying on borrowed money from China, but he will not go to war an will not rely on nationalism to get USA out of its mess. At a guess USA will never completly get back on its feet as its lacking complete patriotism of every American.

USA is certainly not working on a Hitler based template. However Hitlers answer was to create a good manufacturing base.. Will Obama spark?

And perhaps this advice could be good for America..

"The doom of a nation can be averted only by a storm of flowing passion, but only those who are passionate themselves can arouse passion in others."
- Adolf Hitler

Why is Obama an elitist?  Is it because he is accomplished?  Is it because he is intelligent?  Is it because he has achieved something with his life?  Do you have any idea what an elitist is (or is not)?  Or do you simply repeat whatever you hear Sarah Palin saying?

First of all, and I'm not inferring you in particutar, most people get on these tangents without knowing the historical facts. The US military copied the German army's mechanized infantry tactics, that are still "on the books" as part of a strategy, if the Russians mass armored vehicles-tanks and such on their boarders (fact).  Second of all, what the hell is this crap about relating Obama to Hitler? Let me guess, comparing Obama to Hitler, the greatest mass murderer and lunatic and avowed RACIST on the earth, somehow gives every caucasian right wing republican, the right to oppose OBAMA just because he's a black man in charge (GET OVER IT!). Caucasians (some), want to demonize Obama to the point, that some idiot might be stupid enough to make a dangerous move, that might tear this country apart. African Americans are not going stand by, and allow someone else, to kill off another one of our leaders! Whether we agree/disagree, with the current polices of this administration, to villianize Obama, because folks want him to fail in every attempt he makes, to make the playing field even, just confirms the hypocracy and double talk this country seems to always resort to. To those folks, who never served in the military and placed their lives on the line, and who make $200, 000 or more per year, and play golf on exclusive golf courses (mainly caucasians), this must be a serious nightmare for them! KEEPIN IT REAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
