Recently Rick Santelli ranted about Obama's plan to let people re-negotiate mortgages, if they only owned one house. Under the current bankruptcy law you can only re-negotiate your 2nd or 3rd house.

The current crisis is doing weird things to mortgagers. On the one hand, there are great opportunities to take advantage of it, but on the ther, there are so many restrictive conditions...
