"White" American Lady tells her story about Color Discrimination
Yesterday afternoon I visited a woman who was up in arms about the current situation which she feels is caused by the ignorance of a race gone mad.
The election for President Barack Hussein Obama was in 2008 and it made history. The entire legacy of color discrimination was supposedly wiped away by the American voters who decided to elect a malado President because he was the best person for the job.
A woman who wants to remain anonymous for fear of retaliation for her beliefs told me today that she thinks the "whole color issue is a crock of sh**."
The first slaves that suffered in the world were the Jews. Black Muslim Egyptians enslaved millions of people in order to build cities for the Kings and Pharaohs of their world.
Years later some nasty, rich US businessmen got ideas that they could hire Africans and just buy them because they were uneducated in the English language. They committed crimes against these people who were always free.
Africa it is so apparent from the landscape and the customs that there is a genuine and carefree lifestyle which accompanies a group of people who are lucky to live there. The country is marvelously filled with a beauty beyond belief. Yet, it has been spoiled by industry and over the years has had to compete with the growing numbers of people without proper education, healthcare, housing and jobs.
Those people brought to the US were discriminated against and in 1865 a wonderful man named Abraham Lincoln started to oppose this bigotry and abuse of power by the rich landowners and people who used Black Americans as slaves and did not want them to grow as a society.
Fortunately, little by little the changes helped to lessen the "color issue" and make people realize that we all bleed the same color - red, as her grandfather used to tell her when she was a small girl.
However, lately, after the election of President Obama a noticeable reverse discrimination has developed and it is horrendous. It is paying back every white citizen for their ancestors crimes.
She said, "Currently I am harassed by black representatives of the American Express credit card company who have ignored my requests for a refund. They will do nothing to solve my problems." She has taken offense by this and has no other explanation but, to say that it is a gross discrimination against her because of her voice and her race.
"People are indentified by voice on the telephone. This is an absolute fact. No matter what race a person is their accent is distinct," she said.
American Express is a company that has withheld her refund for the past month and the only people this woman has dealt with on the phone are "Black Americans." They have refused to pay her the $1430.00 that was refunded to her business account by a cruise company that owed her the refund. This business account has been closed for over a year because the balance was paid in full.
The Norwegian Cruise line has refused to investigate the fact that she has not been refunded her money. Three black woman that she spoke with today told her that their supervisors we're not in and that there was nothing they could do about this. Yet, they could easily do something since she told them that American Express company has denied that she has ever had an account with them and transferred her over to another company called GC Services located in West Roxbury, MA and also, Houston, TX.
She is the company accountant for the INRI Foundation which is no longer active and told them explicitly, she said, "The account was paid in FULL." There was no settlement on the account and it was paid dollar for dollar for the exact amount that American Express charged INRI for services and goods.
She feels that when dealing with Black Americans working for American Express there is no fair resolution or agreement and despite President Obama's big to do on the Whitehouse lawn trying to prove that there are no racial discriminations against blacks or whites, she feels "he has failed among his people."
These are the people in America that identify with him and his ethics. The Americans that see him for what he is and not for the handsome face or lack thereof, that he possesses. They see him as a leader in a job that he is qualified to do and not as a BLACK, MALADO, HALF-WHITE man.
"To hell with color," she said. "I see people as human and as a valuable life to be shared with many. Color, race, and religious creed doesn't matter!" She said, "Attraction matters. Manners matter. Respect matters."
"And right now, at this very moment, a felony is in progress because American Express is trying to steal a refund that they don't deserve to keep from a foundation that closed its doors that OWES NOTHING TO THEM," she said. "Norwegian Cruise line is an accessory to this felony and this is a good reason why no-one should use credit in the United States again."
This woman from the East coast feels as though "every American citizen should start over and stop giving business to extortioners like American Express and other companies who try to change terms of agreements and group together people's accounts from more than one business."
She said, "American Express is delinquent on their taxes but the IRS has not sorted out the thousands of corporations that exist within AMEX that do not pay taxes but, that take in BILLIONS OF DOLLARS."
What American Express is doing to me and maybe to other customers, is like saying "if a business owns an American Express commercial account named Cho-Coi's restaurant and the account is paid off in full and closed out because the business was closed down and they received a refund after the card was cancelled; than another American Express business card from Delta Airlines is entitled to the large refund of fourteen-hundred dollars ;for a purchase made two years ago that received a refund."
This lady thinks that American Express is a company operating without guidelines and she wants her refund back! She said, "this is still a Democratic and Capitalistic society and not a Communist and Socialist republic that empowers finance employees with the authority to oppress a low-income citizen."
After listening to the woman for at least 3 hours, it is clear that she has been mistreated. It is not apparent that the "color issue" caused the financial hardship however, many banks in the US are now being sued by the federal government in order to stop unethical business practices and fraud.
When we were done with the interview, I suggested to her that perhaps, she should change her phone number because it sounds like someone else is accessing her calls and switching her off to companies that collect money instead of, refunding credits due.
Identity thefts are becoming more and more exposed in America but, stalking and phone taps are still issues that are yet to evolve into the public eye.
