Who is this unidentified Guantánamo detainee?

This leaked photo shows a Guantánamo Bay detainee with his face wired and his lips sewn shut. According to digital camera metadata the image was taken on the 9th February 2003. There is a superficial resemblance to the US Taliban supporter John Walker Lindh, but the photograph is not of him. The Wikileaks site is asking for information (usa@sunshinepress.org).
