China maybe a lot of things to a lot of different people but these days it can hardly be labeled as communist. Am I letting China off the hook? Certainly not. While many positive changes have occurred in this developing country, many more are necessary especially in the arena of human rights and personal freedom. Nevertheless, I think it is important to recognize that China is no longer communist.
