I have a capricorn tatoo. . . and now someone says it changed. . . i don't really care what it all means in the grand scheme of things. . . but it's not really something you can change. . . this professor can say that the horoscope has been wrong for thousands of years. . . but how do you change the way people have thought for thousands of years??

Well if they put this 13th sign into affect, then all of you idiots would be lying to yourself. If they prove this professor right, then technically your sign is what they say it is. If you want to tell them they're wrong, do the research yourself. Stop being arrogant, you might learn something.

Everyone was born as what their horoscopes are, and we all fit into our descriptions. Now that it's changed, are you telling me i believed that i was a Leo for 23 years and you tell me I'm a Cancer?! This is crapp man. What the hell is wrong with that prof.

guys come on research this and try to understand the reason for it now that the earth is aligned differently with the stars there is a 13th sign. if u really want to know anything about it there is a book called celtic sun and moon signs that was printed years ago that actually already talks about there being a 13th moon phase. just as everything changes in your everyday lives the stars, moon and sun will change as well. i was born a cancer and am now a gemini if u believe in the signs then you are a changed sign now and if u say you are still what you were born as then you are no longer following the real signs..

Alright I am hoping to put an end to the flame fest. What we are talking about here is called the procession of the equinoxes. The only thing that has changed is the fact that going forward if you are born under what was Libra you will now be born a Virgo due to Virgo being the dominant constellation in the night sky during that time. It does not change the fact that when you were born your normal sign was dominant at that time. This is happening because the zodiac is shifting with the wobbling of the Earth’s axis over a 26,000 year period, this is divided into 12 ages that change every 2000 - 2160 years or so (there is allot of speculation and confusion on the exact time frame). This change in the zodiac is long overdue, by some estimates it should have happened in the year 2000 when we moved in to the Age of Aquarius from Pisces.

All this fuss over something a COMMUNITY COLLEGE TEACHER said?  I find it doubtful that anyone working at a community college is a professor with a PhD.I was a born a Scorpio, and some whackjob with idiotic theories can't change that.

So I've moved from Libra to Virgo. I've always related to Virgo better anyway so the change makes sense to me. But what happens to the Moon signs?

My personality fits that of Gemini perfectly, there is no way I'm a Taurus. It may sound stupid, but even if they prove that this is infact correct, I am sticking by Gemini. I've read every horoscope and Gemini fits my personality PERFECTLY.

I have always been a taurus for my whole life, I have all the characteristics of a taurus and I will die as one why change something after all this time, it's pointless and a waste of time!!!! The way I see it is that if you are born a certain sign you will stay that sign.  For those who are born in the furture, the new sign will take affect if you will.  I was born a Scorpio, and I will remain a Scorpio.  Now if a person is born on the same day as I was, they will be a Libra because of the new sign.  It just depends on what year you were born I guess.

OK!!!! Look, I have no clue why these people, who have nothing better to do, decided they wanted to go and mess with a good thing.. I have been a Virgo for almost 36 years and as far as I am concerned, I will be a Virgo till the day I die.... i dont know much about this but i do know that the stars give off energy, we are made of energy, so when something is space changes or whatever happened, the zodiac changes, so if im a lion, which i am, i get a different form of energy now, in the bible it says the first will be last and the last will be first, and it tells us to look to the heavens where our help comes from, our help comes from God which created the stars which some people see as astrology

I never liked being a Virgo,and i was very happy being a Leo now.Coz it's just that Virgo is a girl.And I am a boy.But suddenly I realized,it looks like things had change and my personality was still on the Zodiac Sign,Virgo.So this 1 doesn't really change me at all.
