WHY GEORGE BUSH NEEDED THE TORTURED CONFESSION OF KALID SHEIKH MO

In his book, Decision Points, and by his interview with NBC’s Matt Lauer we have heard ex President George W. Bush admit he ordered the enhanced interrogation of Kalid Sheik Mohammed, the alleged mastermind of the 9/11 destruction of the twin towers of the world trade center which incidentally included the destruction of building seven of the World Trade Center complex. After 183 water-boardings Kalid finally confessed. Bush was careful to attempt to keep himself “clean” by allegedly asking the Justice Department attorney if doing so was “legal”. Allegedly being told it was legal he ordered the torture which was done 182 times without results.

There is a legal theory that if the office of the attorney General opines to a president that certain action is legal even though it is actually illegal, the opinion  exculpates the president from prosecution for a crime; in this case  committing the international war crime of torture.

Bush alleges in his book that the water boarded “confession” saved lives in the UK. That assertion has been vocally repudiated by British Authorities since publication of the book.

Soon after retiring from office, the issue of criminality of the well known torture by both the CIA and the Military during the Bush eight years, there were rumblings about prosecution by the Obama administration for war crimes. Dick Cheney is reported to have driven through neighborhoods in the eastern states with a loud speaker mounted on a truck by which he was educating Americans to the fact that torture to save lives was not a crime. In any event Obama refused to properly assume the duties of his office in prosecuting Bush, et al for war crimes or crimes against humanity with his statement he was only interested in looking forward.

Since that position taken by Obama, both Bush and Cheney have felt comforted that their successor administration will not seek to punish them for their criminal actions.

Under Federal Statutes known as misprision of felony, any person coming into knowledge of a crime committed is required to report it to a court or appropriate governmental authorities. Failure to do so is a felony punishable by fine or imprisonment or both. While I supported the election of Obama; I now also support his impeachment for felonious conduct with regard to failure to follow the law in this matter. Additionally I will support the “primarying” [competitors] of Obama for the 2012 election.

THE SINISTER PLOT

But back to the issue of the forced confession of Kalid Sheikh Mohammed. It was a well known fact that he was the mastermind of the 9-11 incidents and could be convicted and punished on the strength of that knowledge. There was no need to water board him 183 times or abuse him with nakedness or any of the other unlawful treatments to get a “confession”. The preponderance of the evidence would convict so why then the extreme effort to get him to confess?

The answer lays in the old magician’s trick of distraction in order to deceive the audience as to the simplicity of the “magic”; in this case the crime.

After the failed 1993 bombing of the Twin towers by an explosive laden truck in the basement of the twin towers, Kalid Sheikh Mohamed’s nephew, Ramzi Yousef was a convicted prisoner in the Federal Correction’s (prison) tower across the street from the downtown Federal U.S District Court in New York City. He had been convicted of master minding the attempted destruction of the World Trade Center Towers which killed six and wounded hundreds of others. Ramizi had been sentenced to life in prison as a jury refused the death penalty.

The government planted a mole [a compromised “prisoner”] in his cell to report any information that could be gleaned from Ramizi Yousef. During that period between 1994 and 2001, the government learned that another attempt would be made against the towers by means of aircraft flying into them. Utilizing that information together with parallel intelligence gleaned from additional sources; the government knew the date, the time and the methods to be used in attempting to destroy the World Trade Center towers.

Because of that advanced knowledge, the government or rather individuals within it, began a plan to placate the interests of certain NGOs [Non Government Organizations] interested in the United States becoming the head of One World Government as an empire ESPOUSED BY NGOs such as the Heritage Foundation and the Project for the New American Century. A NEW WORLD ORDER AS PER GEORGE H. W. BUSH!

 This plotting and planning to utilize the planned second attack on the trade center as the magician’s diversion and duping of the public required sufficient research to guarantee that the event when it happened would be of such forceful impact that it would grab the attention of the entire world. In other words it had to be of the magnitude of the attack on Pearl Harbor; a second “Day of Infamy”; a day of surprise and horrific destruction to gain the attention of the world and offend Americans.

 In reality, the “Day of Infamy” was not related to the sneak attack on Pearl Harbor but rather to the deception of President Franklin Roosevelt in allowing the attack to occur knowing full well that Army specialists had broken the “secret” Japanese military wireless codes with the information that the attack had been planned and was on its way. A conspiracy to war?

As to 9-1I, it must be remembered that all this planning had to have taken place during the Clinton administration and since it involved individuals within the government, he too is responsible and liable for sins of commission and or omission as to the fateful events of 9-11 happening a mere nine months after he left office supposedly catching the CIA, the Pentagon and the Administration with their pants down!

 THE NEEDED ACT OF AUGMENTATION

Knowing that anything less than the extreme total destruction of the Twin Towers would not create the needed second Day of Infamy it became essential that planning of the event would require involvement of individuals within the government and its agencies both civil and military to make certain that the event was total, certain and as similar shocking impact as was Pearl Harbor.

The first order of the day was to determine what damage may actually happen to the towers individually by the impact of hijacked airliners. This required a complete study of the plans, specifications, engineering and construction of the buildings as originally prepared for the original owner, The Port of New York.

It didn’t take long to discovered that the engineering of the building included design  strength to withstand the accidental intrusion of a single Boeing 707 passenger aircraft [the largest at that time, 1973] flying at a speed of 300 knots at an altitude of 800 feet above the ground.

This discovery meant that the damage and public attention to the event would be little more than the failed 1993 attempt and certainly of insufficient impact upon the world and the moral sensibilities of Americans to achieve the result desired by the all important NGOs and their New World Order.

The solution to that was to make certain the buildings collapsed completely. But here the planners ran into a real problem in the basic design of the structures. The building was not like other steel structures in that it had a single steel core of massive rectangular precast hollow steel columns of various wall thicknesses on which all of the internal edges of the 100 plus floors were supported.  The exterior walls had steel I- beams placed vertically every 44 inches which supported the perimeter of the same 100 plus floors. Vertically between The beams, glass windows ran from top to bottom. You could knock down the exterior walls but their collapse, if it happened, would not affect the massive central core. It would still stand there one thousand plus feet into the sky with the floors all hanging from it; at least those floors that had a concurrent but highly unlikely collapse of the exterior walls.

Further, even the impact of a 757 through the exterior [Curtain} walls would be stopped completely when it collided with the massive central core of the building. The plane would simply impact into an accordion-like mess.

This information must have stunned the planners and they knew that any theory of destroying the twin towers by a mechanical collapse of the entire structure could not ever result from impact of the aircraft itself.

So a secondary plan was created to bring down the structures after the impractical crashing into the buildings. Yet since the collapse had to be blamed on the Muslim highjackers and it needed to be total and horrific it was decided to use the explanation that heat from fire of the burning jet fuel weakened the steel to the point that it bent the steel floor trusses out of shape and caused the floors to sag and bring down the exterior walls. However the plan ignored the fact that such pressure would cause the exterior walls to bend inward not outward as was ultimately observed.

This ruse was used of course to cover the only true explanation that in order to bring down the buildings an improvised plan of explosive demolition would have to be engineered to make the observation of the total collapse of the buildings appear to be the result of the fire/heat ruse. That deception would mean that the buildings would have to appear to collapse from the top downward as the top would be where the aircraft struck and the most heat would obviously be initially created from burning jet fuel.

Covering this ruse then required that explosives had to be planted all the way up both structures so that ignition would occur at the top floors and work downward timed to clear out the next lower floor sequentially before the upper floors impacted them

The exterior walls would have to go first to make room for the collapse of the massive core columns. Since they would have to fall as near vertically as possible, no ordinary demolition explosive could be used so it was determined that a rapid steel cutting mixture of aluminum shavings and iron oxide such as Thermite or Thermate would have to be used so that a 45-60 degree angle cut would allow the core columns to slide a little sideways as they dropped vertically.

In other words, the technical demolition engineering would have to exceed the knowledge or abilities of a group of devout Muslims working out of a cave in Afghanistan without the knowledge that the steel engineering of the towers was designed to withstand aircraft impact and yet rused to make the public believe that the aircraft impact caused the fast as free-fall collapse of the towers.

 BUILDING WHAT?

Some 8 hours after the collapse of World Trade Towers one and Two, Building Seven collapsed. It had not been hit by aircraft but only by flying debris from towers one and two.  The burning was under control with no reason for it to collapse. Yet it came down as an alleged victim of an act of the same terrorism that struck buildings one and two.  Looking at videos of the collapse anyone can tell that it looks exactly like controlled demolition of Las Vegas casinos. This is due to the fact that it was imploded by controlled demolition and fell in its own foot print. The owner Larry Silverstein who also held the lease rights to towers one and two is captured on video saying he ordered to “pull” it after which it fell in its own footprint. Silverstein had insured all three buildings for Terror attacks and collected handsomely on the venture.

Of course you can’t tell someone to “pull It” without having first planted the explosives for the demolition. The questions as to where and when that activity occurred are not known. What is known is that steel framed building seven could not have come down as it did without controlled demolition. If there was time and an opportunity to plant explosives in building seven then surely the same kind of covert activity could have been used on buildings one and two.

  THE REASON FOR THE NEEDED CONFESSION

In the event that Kalid Mohammed had failed to confess; the knowledge of the individuals within the government about the highly technical demolition required to make the buildings totally collapse; there would, at trial, be an extremely embarrassing opportunity for defense counsel to raise all these issues that would prove that Kalid nor the aircraft impact caused the extreme collapse and deaths of nearly 3,000 individuals. This would raise as impracticable the instant government issued conspiracy theorized collapse of blaming a cave of Muslims in Afghanistan for accomplishing the impossible and would cast a massive searchlight upon the government itself and NGOs that advise it.

Indeed even as the debate goes on about where to hold the trial of Kalid; at the US District Court in New York City across the street from where his nephew was/is imprisoned or elsewhere, the issue of a torture obtained confession by any standard of the law is non-admissible in US courts. Fears of retaliation or other acts of terror in New York City are mere smoke to attempt to have Kalid tried by a military tribunal with the issues of what really brought down the towers buried like the Nag Hammadi library was buried in 325 AD/CE by Egyptian Christian Gnostic Monks preserving their beliefs against the Roman Empire’s Universal Church taking 16 centuries to accidently uncover.

George Bush, Dick Cheney and any number of their insider associates need to be indicted for conspiracy to commit murder, conspiracy to make war on false charges and conspiracy to violate international war crime laws***.

Now Mr. Obama this paper is a public notice to guide you in how to handle the trial of Kalid Sheikh Mohammed and enlightenment to you to order the appointment of a special prosecutor to seek the indictments of those criminals hiding in plain sight and admitting to committing crime as per the book DECISION POINTS.
