Why terrorists targeted Uganda?

Africa was not initially the target of terrorism; Bin Laden. Now Africans have become victims of terrorists. The reason is that America is subcontracting Africans wage against terrorists.  This is why the terrorists murdered innocent civilians in Uganda which may continue to other nations of Africa.

Africans should say America no in matters the negative consequence of which impacts on them. As America has started the confrontation with terrorists let America itself finish it. Otherwise, let all nations of the world march against terrorists together. Why Africans alone?

If the terrorists attack in Uganda was elsewhere in Europe, USA, or …, the earth would be upside down. All media of the world would have cried continuously. But now, it is in Africa, the poor country and either super power nations politicians or big media of the have no worry. They kept silent except a day’s minor news. A cold water is powered on the corpse of innocent civilians in Uganda.

I advise leaders of African countries not to make any confrontation with presumed terrorists unless all nations of the world move against them. Neither should they obey America. They should say no, no, no!!! That time, terrorists would have no interest to attack the poor and innocent Africans!
