'Wife calls me from the grave'

A MAN believes his wife is calling him from beyond the grave - on a mobile phone.

Frank Jones claims he is being visited by the spirits of wife Sadie and son Steven at home in Thornton, near Blackpool.

The 59-year-old had his house exorcised 12 years ago by Fleetwood Spiritualist Church because he believed he was being haunted by a spirit dubbed 'The Thing.'

Another family who lived in the house 37 years ago said it forced them to flee.

The supernatural being is said to have terrorised the family, who felt something breathing by their ears and produced a stomach-churning smell.

Mr Jones was at first sceptical when he moved into the house 20 years ago.
