William Brown Was Sentenced to 15 Years in Jail on Friday For Making a Sextape With a 16-Year-Old Girl

It was William Brown's wife who found in the sex tape back in 2008, as Brown had filmed the encounter, and then put it on a DVD and left it in his car. She then contacted the police and Brown pleaded guilty to making the sexptape earlier this year. 

Videotaping yourself having sex with a minor is child pornography.

The girl reportedly told police that Brown had first approached her and started hitting on her when she was only 12-years-old. However, they waited until the girl was 13-years-old and Brown took lots of pictures. The two had been having sex for a few years.

When Mrs. Brown first asked him about it he said he was going to commit suicide, but he never followed through on that threat.
