• The covert cell tower deployment of a U.S. government domestic scalar microwave directed energy weapon apparently can spawn "The Winds of War."

As first revealed here more than a year ago, a covert U.S. government microwave radio frequency directed energy weapon system, deployed on cell tower masts nationwide, is being used to silently torture, impair, subjugate, injure and slow-kill Americans deemed by ideologue or hate-monger bureaucrats to be "dissidents" or "undesirables."

It is also a fact that this weapon system's "phased array" antennae can be used to "alter... atmospheric conditions," according to public patent documents. Search any reputable patent web site for U.S. Patent No. 7629918, held by the Raytheon Corp., for the "multifunctional microwave radio frequency directed energy weapon."
Is the weather now being used as yet another weapon directed at so-called "targeted individuals" and their entire families -- and did rogue elements with operational command and control over this covert weapon system unleash microwave-accelerated wind "microbursts" on or around their property of so-called "targeted individuals" during last week's nationwide outbreak of windstorms?
The microwave radio frequency directed energy weapon system generates scalar microwaves (also known as longtitudinal waves) that can extract awesome amounts of energy from a vacuum state in which temperatures approach "absolute zero"-- and the weapon system can direct that energy upon any triangulated target with extreme precision. According to published scientific literature, the technology can be used to manipulate temperature, air pressure and moisture levels in the atomosphere, and also can generate ground-penetrating electromagnetic waves capable of spawning earthquakes and other environmental events that heretofore have been considered to be acts of God.
The nationwide deployment of this domestic weapon system, with its thousands of towers that comprise a giant "phased array" of electromagnetic antennae, has spawned a veritable "God machine" that allows U.S. military and security forces and their contractors to play God with the Earth's environment -- and PEOPLE.

NOTE: Apparently, my Facebook.com links once again have been sabotaged and altered. The above link results in a "page not found message." It is apparent to me that the substitute link was crafted by cyber-spies of Lockheed Martin, re-directing the link to THEIR computers, putting my work under THEIR control. When this journalist attempted to post the link above to the Facebook page of Accuweather, the link and an accompanying comment appeared briefly, then DISAPPEARED -- along with the comment boxes and buttons on the Accuweather Facebook page, as seen over my surveilled, intercepted and hacked internet connection (thanks, Lockheed Martin, cyber-contractor to U.S. Homeland, law enforcement and military agencies and commands). And since then, this journalist is unable to post any comments to the Accuweather Facebook page.
This strange course of events leads this journalist to this conclusion: Agencies, commands, and/or military contractors of the U.S. government are experimenting with the use of weather as a weapon of war -- not just against foreign enemies, but possibly against American citizens who have been extrajudicially targeted as "dissidents" or "undesirables."
In other words, it appears that microwave radio frequency weaponry is being deployed domestically -- and criminally -- as a weather-altering war crime weapon -- and, in this writer's opinion, it is likely that our government's elected leadership has no clue.

Have you heard the latest psyop disinformation strategy? Now the line, apparently, is that all of these microwave radio frequency attacks are the work of the RUSSIANS and something called "SEA Organization," and the U.S. security-military-intel establishment is the target, the innocent victim of a global conspiracy. Talk about turning it around. Do these morons think anyone is going to buy this latest whitewash? This time, some agency and command honchos must be brought up on charges of crimes against humanity. This American shadow government torture matrix and its parallel programs of censorship and sabotage of citizen finances and careers cannot and will not be swept under the rug.
It is my belief that a several powerful past and present presidential advisers and agency/command honchos, Bush-Cheney leave-behinds, are among the prime architects of these programs -- and that they know full well that President Obama has been the recipient of electromagnetic attack and entrainment that very well may continue to the present.
It still amazes me that not a single good person on the inside has sent a coded message to some of my former colleagues in major media that what I have reported is true, accurate and deserves urgent attention by media outlets.

Who says I haven't? When agencies and commands of the U.S. government are slandering you as some sort of social misfit/nut case, and issue veiled warnings about "reaching out," perhaps even some former colleagues turn into professional sheeple. In fact, I'd bet on it. They have to hear it from someone in authority; that's how they were taught. At Columbia J-school, we were specifically instructed not to go with any "fact" unless we had at least two "official" sources.
Now tell me, what "official" source is going to confirm the fact that elements of the U.S. government are silently torturing and slow-killing American citizens?

Mark Lane would recognize your truth without any official source. He most certainly has been the object of the same kind of slandering and defaming tactics from the government agency that left E. Howard Hunt out to dry. Lane won his case against Hunt, but I'm sure Lane is very familiar with the older version of Cointelpro. Google him. His law office is on the Internet.

But they got my brain frequencies to precision-tailor their cellular torture tower- traiangulated attacks from a medical EEG, and they have degraded my vision and hearing to such an extent that any psyops about "monitoring" through targets' eyes and ears is total horseshit. The surveillance is called "multi-INT (intelligence) fusion" surveillance and it's part of the torture hardware, a super-sized version of the microwave parabolic antennae you see at sporting events. First; the "degraded vision and hearing" as well as the odors and smells you're experiencing all are from aspects of EWS/DEW/RNM attack.
Second; the hearing and vision can be electronically fine tuned as if you are wearing glasses and have a hearing aid. They can see clearly and hear fine even if your physical ability has degraded.

It involves more than some 'super-sized version of the microwave parabolic antennae'.
Technically speaking, PANACIA is designed to ingest, process, fuse, reason on, and display the following types of information, as a minimum: Ground Moving Target Indicator (GMTI), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Imagery Intelligence (IMINT) including SAR, EO/IR and Video, Human Intelligence (HUMINT), and Measurement and Signatures Intelligence (MASINT) including UGS (acoustic, seismic and magnetic) and MSI/HSI.

I agree it should be illegal. It somehow circumvents legal precedence under some type of Patriot Act counter terrorism legislation.

The mystery is why you or anyone else would care enough to ask the question. I suppose that if you are among the mil contractor cyber legion that is pillaging the public purse with lame psy ops, you've got to do something with your time... and anyway, after writing that piece, I recalled even more examples of tampered with and planted materials and objects, an indication to me that some secretive agency of government long ago may have chosen to "illuminate" me as one of its patsies-in-waiting.
