Anger continues to build in Minnesota over District Court Judge James A. Fabian as accused of perjury cover up.  Judge James A. Fabian has been accused of covering up and rewarding perjury. Not one citizen to date has defended the accused Judge or accused perjurers Rick Lubinski of Winona, MN and Susan Gallas of Rochester MN.

Trial tape recording places Lubinski and Gallas as conclusively guilty of perjury.  However, trial Judge James A. Fabian has done nothing to date.
