Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen said a law extending legal privileges to gay and lesbian couples is unconstitutional. He said it ignores a voter-approved constitutional amendment that bans gay marriage and any ''substantially similar'' relationships. The Wisconsin Family Council has asked the state Supreme Court to invalidate the law.
This fight just will not end,
even when a constitutional
amendment is approved by
the citizens of the state. It
i9s possible that Wisconsin will
be like California and pass and
ban this over and over.

In a democracy the majority makes the laws and a majority of Wisconsin voted to ban gay marriage.
Referring to religion as ugly s a sure way to defeat gay rights.

It is also a moral issue with two viewpoints to it.
