Religious hate nonsense at it's worst. What happens to the children?
Police in the Indian state of Orissa say suspected Hindu extremists have set fire to an orphanage run by Christian missionaries, burning a woman to death.
The mob reportedly ordered people out of building before setting it alight.
But the woman - a cook at the orphanage - was thrown into the burning building when she tried to stop them from attacking the children.
Local Hindus went on the rampage after the killing on Saturday of one of their leaders.
His supporters suspect Christians were responsible, but the police believe he was killed by Maoist rebels.

SOLARLIFE, I like this story. It's good stuff.
This story is bad enough, but I have one too about another orphanage in southern India. A girls orphanage ... they had to chain the doors shut from the inside to keep the boys and whatnot from sneaking in ... then one night they had a fire there - 90 young girls died ...
The monsoon, which had been more than six weeks late, and which the entire popluation down there depended on for their growing season was very, very desperate for the rains to come ...
A few days after the fire and the deaths of 90 young girls the rains began ...
I'm sure there was no causal connection, but I always related the timing of the two events in my mind ...

SOLARLIFE, I like this story. It's good stuff. No matter what faith, these folks were helping children. It is wrong. If we could just get rid of the extremists we would disagree but get along. I know the Pope has dialog with Muslims and Muslims with Christians.
