Woman Remanded in Custody for Noisy Sex Offence

How would you describe noisy sex? A 48 yr old woman has been granted an ASBO. Antisocial behaviour order. Seems she made so much noise while making love with her husband, neighbours lodged a complaint to Police. After breaching her ASBO. Magistrates in Sunderland slapped her with a four year ban on April 17th, banning her from making excessive noise anywhere in England. The woman was arrested on three separate occasions by police after complaints from neighbours. On Monday she was was remanded in custody until may the 5th for 3 breaches on her ASBO over a period of 10 days. Of course with  help from her husband. The woman has elected to be tried by jury. Meaning her case will be tried at Newcastle Crown Court.The noise was reported to have been screaming shouting and the bed headboard continuously banging against the bedroom wall, with loud music playing in the background.The woman’s husband was sat in the court Gallery as she was remanded by the crown prosecutor.
Talk about from the sublime to the absolutely ridiculous. The Husband was let off no charges of any sort were brought against him.Now the jail is full of law breakers but I must say this has got to be a first to jail a woman who evidently over excites and expresses her sheer delight vocally while making mad passionate love with her husband.Okay there is nothing worse than to contend with noisy neighbours. The cost to jail this woman with a jury trial to follow, will no doubt be a vast amount of money. Have the courts gone mad. Surely there must have been room for compromise in this case why remand her in custody. Like spending some money to sound proof her bedroom, or maybe supply the neighbours with ear plugs. I find this story truly extraordinary and am still puzzled as to why the Husband was never penalised. This is another example of Political Correctness gone bananas. I will follow this story with interest as I really can not for the life of me, get my head around this one. How does one define noisy sex. I think a gagging order would have been suffice.
