A description of the young woman whose severed head and hands were found on a beach has been issued by police.
The body was found by 2 children aged eight and twelve washed up on the beach in Arbroath, TaysideAfter they made the discovery they ran and informed thier Mother who contacted the Police.

The head - in a plastic bag - was found by two young sisters as they played near South Street in Arbroath, in Angus.
Two severed hands have also been discovered on the sand.
Detective Chief Inspector Graham McMillan, the senior investigating officer, said the woman was believed to have been in her mid 20s to mid 30s, with brown eyes, brown eyebrows and shoulder-length brown hair.
He added: "She had a pale complexion with light freckling over thecheeks and bridge of her nose. There is also a distinctive depressedcircular scar in the middle of her forehead, just below the hair line.
"Her nails were short but appear to have been well maintained and groomed."
