World Premier of Michael Moore's Latest, 'Slacker Uprising'
Michael Moore held the world-premier of his latest movie, Slacker Uprising, yesterday at the venerable Michigan Theatre in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Moore was in fine form as he passionately made the case for individuals to get fully involved in the political process and to throw the bums out!
Slacker Uprising slams big corporations and the GOP as it chronicles Moore's crusade to get John Kerry elected during the 2004 presidential election.
I saw the world premier yesterday in Ann Arbor and it was pretty good. Moore spoke for about an hour-and-a-half, and I think it would not be unfair to say he could indeed sell ice to an eskimo.
What makes him even better than that though is that he's absolutely correct in his criticisms of America and American politics.
Everyone will be able to download this film beginning this coming Tuesday, 9/23/08, so they can watch it for themselves and form their own opinion.
