Humanity is never reached the ultimate goal of world unification however humanitarians and philosophers have for many centuries pose ideas for world government. Ideas where talked about in Greek and Roman times at the very beginning of the foundation of government run civilization and the formation of the ideas of governing systems that have led to organized administrating system used through out the world today.

In the early 14th century Dante discusses it in his book Monarchia, 1329 the idea of world government and then in 1625, the Dutch jurist Hugo Grotius The Laws of War and Peace. Of which is commonly taken as the general idea for today's international laws. Then the idea of a federation arose in the 18th century, Where in 1788 the democratic federation, the U.S., was established, Immanuel Kant wrote the essay "Perpetual Peace: a philosophical sketch" (1795). In his essay, Kant describes three basic ideas that he thought could halt any threat of a future wars.

• The civil constitution of each state shall be republican.

• The law of nations shall be founded on a federation of free states.

• The rights of people, as citizens of the world, shall be limited to the conditions of universal hospitality (i.e., people would be allowed to visit other countries, but not to stay unless invited).

However the American Civil war showed a flaw and that of course is human greed and the normal greedy struggle for power and wealth and a differing view of whom should be a free citizen as slavery was rife and seen as the answer to producing products with low labor costs.

The main problems in mans history is that war was seen away of amassing wealth and land and of course slaves to do the manual tasks the original crooked greedy warring tribes leaders became kings, emperors and spoilt themselves in the luxury that came with the gains they formed an elite society around their thrones and seats of power.

Since the Roman Empire, in fact one unified one third of the world and was the most powerful empire the world has ever seen without the empire building of Great Britain USA today’s super power would not existed in its present format seen today it would have been a set of Spanish and French dominions. However that’s another story.

Today we have a problem caused by empire building and the religions that empire builders imposed on there new subjects. And that of a foundation religion that was nearly shattered with its nations need to escape persecution by those that followed the new off shoots. The rise of a nationalized Germany and its persecution of Judaism helped complicate future religious peace in today’s world Germany’s Jewish genocide of European Jew’s caused a mass migration of European Jews to flee Europe whilst this inhuman incredible behavior was in operation and of course after the war and the down fall of this nationalized despot nation.. This gave the world the headache of Zionism in the Holy land where prior empire building spread the Islamic faith of which caused a powerful foundation of religious extremism equal to the extremism of Zionism and pure Judaism.

The spread of the Zionist movement was elevated because many powerful Jewish families that where elitist fled to united states to reestablish business many already had a foot hold as they had invested in the US banking and financial system prior to World War II. The days of empire building are over and of course the last pragmatic empire of the Soviet Union and its communism eradicated it self due to an economic collapse and citizen unrest.We are only left with the Chinese Empire of which is changing to a socialist capitalist republic.

The problems of political and religious extremism and the facture of sleath political empire building such that is rearing its ugly head in Europe where as socialistic minded politicians are forming a union of like minded social elitists and not informing the citizens the true path of the unions intent.

The original plan was sold as a common market but the true aim is a super power a new empire of Europe that even wants to tempt Russia into its fold. This could seem an attempt to unify the world remembering the international courts etc. are already within EU’s pocket. But the problem is that the more successful this unification looks we are going to see other nations in other areas of the world create their own super empires. This of course will start trade wars and the word embargo will be a catch phase of power. ____________________________________________________________________

Its interesting to note due to the present global financial problem the noise made by France and Germany whilst seeing the pound recover past the safe point of $US 1.45 a few days ago. They want the power of the British banking system within the Union and that means UK finally within their monetary system. Now recovery of the hype is showing that British pound is on the rise and Gordon Brown has in fact sensibly cut British interest rates and chopped of 2% from VAT to cull inflation. Both the Big boys France and Germany are trying to reinstall the hype. UK thankfully has been a thorn in the side of EU and slowed down the total unification and I really hope that the status quo does not change. As I prefer the devil I know in the driving seat of world power America’s history is better than Europe’s though its an elite corrupt corporate society to me the smells not that offending. ____________________________________________________________________

Due to the problem that of indoctrinated ideology unfortunately the world is never going to be completely unified due to human history and inhuman elite greed it’s a money and power problem an due to such inhuman attitude most human kind suffers poverty and lack freedom and equality only money can buy.

The world has always been in a sorry state and I am sorry to report its not getting worst and it will never be better. We just have to lead the best life we can and come to the reality there are people that don’t care what misery they cause to get what they want and morals or fair play take the back burner.
