Hyderabad, April 5 : World will not come to an end in 2012 as  propagated by some astrologers; political instability will be witnessed at the Centre;  there will be differences in the UPA partners and problems with Trinamool Congress leader Mamata Banerjee; America will experience water-released calamities, earth quakes and other natural calamities resulting in huge losses; there will be mid-term polls in Karnataka;  some of the prominent leaders will go out of the scene. These are among the astrological predictions given by Pandit Mulugu Ramalingeswara Varaprasad Siddhanthi, who claims to be World’s top order Astrologer, in his Sri Khara name New Year almanac.  The Telugu New Year started on April 4, 2011 .  The Siddhanti asserted that the astrological predictions given by him last year have proved correct upto 95 per cent.

            The Siddhanthi has been correctly predicting the impending happenings since the last several years.  In the earlier years, he had predicted Congress victory in 2009 elections, continuance of  Dr. Manmohan Singh as Prime Minister and Dr. YSR Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, the natural calamities in Indonesia and Sumatra Islands, the economic and unemployment crisis in the USA, the rise of Sachin Tendulkar etc.

            Coming to the predictions for the New Year , he says that China will become a strong enemy to India and create problems, North Korea, Taiwan, Russia and China will face the curse of nature; spurt in cyber crimes and IT cheatings; danger from the Sea to cities like Porbandar, Kolkata, Mumbai, Visakhapatnam and Chennai; Food grains shortage in some countries in the world; Large Scale damage to some countries due to the movement of mountains under the Sea; spurt in earth-quakes throughout the world; natural calamities, blood-shed and economic crises in Pakistan; natural calamities in Australia, Thailand, Indonesia and Philippines.

            The Siddhanthi says that there will be increase in problems of internal security, unrest among the people and suicides worldwide; economic crisis in European countries; increase in unemployment and revolt from the people in Europe; downfall of social values in Britain due to Sex, gambling, drugs and liquor; Bhopal-like tragedies in China; spurt in unemployment in USA; terrorist menace to France etc.
