Yonni Barrios: Chilean Miner With Mistress Offered Website Deal
Yonni Barrios, One of the Rescued Chilean Miners, Has Been Offered a Deal With AshleyMadison.Com
Yonni Barrios was one of the 33 Chilean miners trapped for 69 days below ground. When his wife Marta Salinas came to the collapse site to hold vigil for her husband, she found out he had a mistress as well, a woman by the name of Susana Valenzuela.
There was much discussion when Yonni Barrios was rescued if both his wife and his mistress would turn up to greet him (turns out only his mistress showed up).
Apparently Yonni Barrios has now been offered the chance to be a spokesperson for the website AshleyMadison.com, which is a dating service for people looking to have an extramarital affair. Barrios has reportedly been offered a $100,000 deal to be the Spanish spokesperson, but he has to stay married to his wife.
He would have to star in TV commercials, radio ads, and make public appearances in South and North America.
“To date our Spanish language service has been a tremendous success in the United States. Since its launch over 17 percent of new members on AshleyMadison.com are Spanish speaking,” added the site’s President, Noel Biderman.
No word on if Barrios has accepted the offer.
