Gay Jamaican Cop: VC2

A drug dealer is appealing against her deportation on the grounds it will violate her human rights as a lesbian.

The Jamaican argues she will be persecuted for her homosexuality if she is returned to her home country at the end of her sentence.

She had a boyfriend before her conviction for supplying class-A drugs, but has since had several same-sex lovers in prison.

Oh my, does she think that anybody should care about her well being when she helped to ruin peoples lifes. No she is a Jamacian citizen that simply is not wanted in fact she is a total waste of space.

Are we going to worry about her sex life and how she enjoys it, I don't and thats for sure.  Who care's send her home she has no value and its the citizens of United Kingdom citizens rights not to have such trash on our streets.  Jamaica is still a homophobic state its more likely that homosexuals full prey to the law than lesbians the sentence is a 10 years jail sentence.

There is of course be a real problem if she wins this case as it would set a precedence which would mean that heterosexuals could falsely claim asylum saying they are gay and their country persecutes gays.  She has not got a chance of winning this case as it will be against UK home office policy.

Well, it's a novel appeal anyway!

Sexual acts between men are illegal, not for women.

Lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender (LGBT) rights in Jamaica are dominated by the prohibition of sexual acts between men. Sexual acts between women are legal, by virtue of the absence of any reference to them in law. Sex between men is punishable with up to ten years jail.
