I have been to and talked with the FBI more than once. The last time I went there, one of these stalkers got there in front of me and made hand signals, what I believe is called "talking hands" to the agent.

After that I was not allowed to to go inside and had to talk to him in a make-shift lobby of sorts. I didn't have a "stalking enforcer" listening, like you described, but there was something that was very wrong.

I am a property owner and tax paying citizen. I and anyone without a criminal record should get better treatment from law enforcement.

I think everyone should report these crimes, because of how hard the stalkers tried to keep me from doing it.

They went to extremes to slow me down or outright stop me from going there. That means that they are afraid of what victims might say when reporting this crime.

"Target" makes it sound like a target of an investigation.  I don't know about you, but I'm a victim of rampant lawlessness and contempt for the Constitution and the rule of law and due process under the law.  There is no justification for these human rights abuses and I resent and condemn those who push this "Targeted Individual" line.  What they are doing is operating outside the bounds of law to commit torture.  Another phrase that is pushed is "Electronic Harassment."  Sounds much more benign than what is really happening in America today -- high-tech TORTURE that could not be happening if those in authority weren't looking the other way. 

Their game is to deem those who complain about this domestic terrorism against American citizens as delusional, or mentally unbalanced.  Well, game over.  It's not going to work.  And the people responsible for letting this happen are going to be brought to account.  There are too many good people who know about this.  The good people on the inside deserve to be able to sleep at night. 

And as long as they live with the knowledge that their fellow citizens are being tortured and that the law of the land is being blatantly disregarded, their consciences will gnaw at them.  When they go to church, and confess their sins, their consciences will gnaw at them.  When they think about people such as I, who are being slowly MURDERED by the application of radiation to our living quarters -- in America, for God's sake, their consciences will gnaw at them. 

And they will begin to talk; to good people in their agencies, or to members of Congress who are getting these reports and who will no longer countenance domestic torture; or, they will talk to a respected reporter like Bob Woodward, and tell him, "You know, that journalist who's been slandered to you as delusional and not to be trusted?  Bob, he's telling the truth.  Listen to him." 

It's going to happen, if it's not already happening.  Because this is America 2008, not Nazi Germany, 1938.  And if there are rogue agencies pushing an unconstitutional, neo-fascist, TREASONOUS agenda, there will be another agency just as determined to "preserve, protect and defend" the Constitution, "from all enemies, foreign and domestic."  This country was saved in 1974 by one such agency and some brave patriots, one in particular; another true patriot will rise to the occasion, if it hasn't already happened.  God willing, I swear it will happen.  Because this is a good and great nation, and the "good people on the inside" will not let us down.  Amen to that.

If you know Woodward, will you please direct him to these posts?  Bob, you did it before, you can do it again.  I wouldn't still be alive if they're weren't at least a few of the "good people on the inside" who are waiting for you, too.

I read this story a while back. I don't know if this is related, but do you think somebody might be trying to force these people out using an electronic weapon? Maybe to get their property cheap for development?

I have become aware that it is not the U.S. government or the police of the United States who are using the Directed Energy Weapons on the people of America and the rest of the world. But it is that these people are a part of the European Organized Crime Groups from Europe who do this to the citizens of the U.S.as well as, that they employ citizens from the United States who are tired of America and want the high dollar pay they are getting from European Organized Crime Groups for doing this terrible thing to the citizens of almost all countries around the world. There are millions of people who are targeted every day with this illegal technology. Since these DEW's are also known as InfraSonic Sound Wave Kill Laser Radiological weapons systems, it qualifies as weapons of mass destruction which are being used on many people worldwide and should be banned from use as soon as possible.

Directed Energy Weapons, including high power microwave beam devices, were developed under the auspices of "non lethal weapons" by the Department of Justice, DARPA, and the military. Please see www.jnlwp.com and the Active Denial System. These devices were to be deployed in Iraq but this was delayed, due to concerns of world opinion. At that time in 2006 the Sec'y of the Air Force stated the intent to test this on US citizens in US cities FIRST to gain world acceptance. Soon after this the DOJ announced they had produced a handheld version of this weapon for law enforcement and military applications. This weapon can be adjusted to cause instant pain or long term harrassment and discomfort. It emits high power levels of microwave radiation which are well known to cause cancer, blindnesss and a variety of horrible health problems.

Why should you care?

In our communities, including right here in OCEAN BEACH, under various government programs such as "weed and seed" and "citizen corps" , the DOJ has assigned government sponsored and/or employed individuals to apply these devices upon unsuspecting individuals, not having been convicted of any criminal activity. While the devices are precisely targeted, when not absorbed immediately by organic matter, the microwave beams (operating at frequencies NOT detectable by common devices) are deflected and dispersed randomly and carry for many miles, into YOU and your home

Should the targeted individual take defensive measures with reflective metallic substances, and they will, the government operatives try to counter this by greatly increasing the power- resulting in vastly increased microwave radiation being reflected back upon them, and the surrounding homes. Nobody wins, but the defense contractors and the politicians whose palms are greased when the contracts are awarded.

The government has long been comfortable claiming we are safe with "allowable levels" of things and "acceptable risk" as they exposed Americans to Agent Orange, Nuclear radiation, Cigarettes, DDT, and a plethora of substances later found to be deadly, and the officials involved usually did this for profit. So while people may approve and even participate in efforts to clean up communities, they are having the favor of their efforts returned, by a carcinogenic bombardment of horrific consequences.

This is not a joke. These are our lives being risked.

The DOJ has proudly proclaimed to have produced hand held versions of the ADS system.

Operation Weed and Seed, one of many above the board programs suspected of beiong involved, deploys DOJ LE personnel for support in communities to help rid them of individuals that steering groups have fingered as "undesirables" (i.e;  drug users, prostitutes, pimps, the mentally ill) and quote from the weed and seed web page, apply "any means necessary" to drive them away.

URGENT TO MY READERS:

Last night, in the wake of making the posts above and related posts to recent articles I have written, the radiation attacks on me intensified.  I was struck at the base of my neck, causing instant extreme pain.  Also, my head felt like it was burning up, and the skin on my hands literally turned a reddish pink as I typed.   And my computer slowed to a crawl, as it is doing at this very moment.  My vision also was noticeably degraded.  My already weak vision in dim light turned to nearly night blindness.  Faintly visible light had a magenta-like tinge -- much like over-exposed photographic film.

It appears to me that radiation emitting devices have been secreted in my house, or that "directed energy weapons" (DEW) capable of through-the-wall penetration (as has been verified in official literature about these weapons) is being directed at me from outside by house, perhaps from adjacent properties.  

I place the credibility of 35+ years as a journalist on the line in making these statements.  Those who have deployed these radiation weapons in communities across America know I am speaking the truth. 

Just this last week,  on Christmas eve, an article in "New Scientist" (newscientist.com) confirmed from official sources that "pain ray" weapons are nearing readiness for deployment to local law enforcement.  (Interesting timing, given the recent stories here.)

That is disinformation which contains the essential kernel of truth.  Such weaponry exists, is already is out there, and it's been deployed covertly to operatives (if not sworn officers, perhaps civilians, citizen vigilantes, or "contractors") who are using these radiation "pain rays" to torture, impose "control," and otherwise degrade the lives and the health of their officially-designated "targets" -- a SLOW KILL operation.  Death squads in America.

The fact that this torture increased in intensity as I am publishing these articles to a broadening global audience demonstrates to me just how brazen these human rights abusers have become.  The forces committing these heinous acts truly believe they are above the laws of  man and God.  This is the face of American fascism.  It must be stopped.  Now.  Before more people suffer; before more people die; before our economy plunges deep into a Depression partly brought about by extrajudicial targeting and punishment of untold thousands of Americans who are being denied their constitutional and human rights.

This cannot stand.  The good people on the inside must act.  Now.

Hello, I'm just wanting to add my support.  I am being gangstalked and tortured via mind control.  There are now thousands of sane people claiming that this is real.  It is inevitable at this stage that the purpetrators will be caught.  There is no possible way that this can be covered up.  Keep fighting for justice.

I hadn't checked this thread for several months.  Now I see there are only two pages of comments, where there used to be many, many more.  It appears that some entity has hacked my pages and censored many comments.  This is what fascism looks like, readers.  Fortunately, I have absorbed the content of the most salient posts.

I can't prove it's the malicious, unconstitutional work of the local "fusion center" -- but that is my opinion.  And the "good people on the inside" can easily find out, and bring to justice the rogues who have disgraced our democracy and shredded the Constitution.

And now the "copy" function of my browser has been disabled, so I can't copy the post in the event that it doesn't go through.  These people think they are above the law.  But I still believe they are mistaken.  Remember Watergate.

To advance the issues of organized stalking, community-based harassment (call it what you like), it's important to stick to the facts.

When the "copy" function doesn't work, my experience has been that moving the cursor to the last character typed will sometimes enable it.  Assume a buggy program until you have proof to the contrary.

Regarding "lost comments", I'm not buying it.

Stay with the facts - when you don't, you end up sounding, well, you pick the word. I'm pretty convinced that you must know it.

I have to agree that making "assumptions" or "proclamations," even if true, could have a negative effect.

But the truth cannot be hidden, when "good people" are aware.
