Sita, a one-tonne black rhino is due to give a televised birth at the Paignton Zoo in England-- thanks to the BBC and some enthused zoo keepers. A number of cameras have been installed in the rhino's quarters and video can now be viewed through live streaming until the brth. The Paignton Zoo is one of only four zoos in the UK with black rhinos. All five species of rhinos are endangered and the black rhino's population is in huge decline.

The birth of a rhino is to be captured on a BBC-run webcam in what zookeepers believe will be a world first.
