The African writer should
reflect his experience

Francis Okechukwu Ohanyido is a Senior Executive Health Officer with the Central Medical Diagnostic Services, Kaduna. He obtained his Bachelor in Medicine from the University of Jos in 2000, Postgraduate Diploma in Hospital and Health Service Administration from Imo State University and Masters in Pulic Health from Ahmadu Bello Universty, Zaria. Apart from being an expert in Public Health, Ohanyido is a writer of no mean repute. His writings could be found in many literary websites and he has published a poetry collection on the theme of Afrequest, a literary movement founded by him way back in 1996. In this interview with SUMAILA UMAISHA, he speaks about the movement and other literary issues.
