Young gymnasts showing their stuff

Emma Mahon and Rebecca Mongan were flipping out even before they landed in America.

As two of the eight-member Irish contingent representing the Tuam
All-Star Gymnastics team, outside Galway, these school-age girls were
coming to America for the first time to compete in the Freedom Cup for
acrobatic gymnastics.

They were looking forward to sunny Palm
Springs, a chance to compete against some of the best young athletes
and seeing a quick glimpse of America - West Coast style.
