yup, i bricked my iPhone (before I ever had a chance to use it)

Long story short: bought the iPhone to bring to Amsterdam, unlocked it so I could use it abroad, tried using a TMobile Netherlands SIM which didn't work (UTMS vs. GPRS - should have gone w/ Vodafone) , brought it back to the US, wiped it + "restored" it via iTunes, was about to activate w/ AT&T and then the new firmware BRICKED IT. sucks.

I guess I'll just wait for the un-brick hack? How long you think that'll take?
